5 C6113 Product ssembly 5 of 16 V ssembly procedure (1) PCB Module assembly 1. Take a metal dome, peel off protective film and place it on metal dome assembly jig. 2. Take main board clean the keypad with absolute alcohol and air gun, place the main board on metal dome as figure 2, press the main board gently. 3. Take a Mic cover, stick it on main board as figure4. 4. Take a conductive foam, stick it on main board as figure6. 5. Take a Black foil, stick it on main board as figure6. 6. Take a waterproof paper, stick it on main board as figure6. Note: 1. Don t touch the keypad with finger. 2. Pay attention to position of barcode label as figure5. Take a base front housing and a hinge, check the cosmetic, push hinge into the hole of base front housing as figure1,2 2. Take a LCD FPC, check the cosmetic, push hinge into the hole of base front housing as figure3,4 3. Place the phone in hinge assembly jig and assembly hinge as figure5,6 : Push the FPC connector out of the hole which on flip Rear housing. B: ssembly flip with base front housing. 7 C6113 Product ssembly 7 of 16 (3)MP3 Key and Flip Front housing assembly 1. Take a flip front housing to check cosmetic. 2. Take a MP3 key, check cosmetic. Position the key rubber on flip front housing and assembly it to flip front housing as figure2. 3. The MP3 Key direction is as figure2. Note: 1. Make sure that there are not an interference between the wire line and housing Figure 1 Figure 2
8 C6113 Product ssembly 8 of 16 (4) LCD Module assembly 1. Take a holder and a metal frame of LCD module, check the cosmetic, assembly them in LCD module. 2. Take a LCD module, check the cosmetic, assembly LCM in housing module as figure3. 3. ssembly speaker, receiver and vibrator into the relative groove of flip rear housing. 4. ssembly the flip front housing with a flip rear housing, press the housing and make sure that the housing assembly well Note: conductive foam Figure 1 Figure 2 1. Operator shall pull on anti-static finger gloves and antistatic wrist belt 2. Don t pull the wire line of speaker, receiver and vibrator. Figure 3 Figure 4

Take a keypad to check cosmetic, then put it on the base front housing as figure Take off the gasket protect film from camera, and fix one camera in the holder and press gently to make sure it pasted tightly. Then assemble the camera FPC connector to main board as figure 4 3. Take an antenna, check cosmetic, located the antenna on main board,lock the hooks well. 4. Take a main board, assemble the FPC to main board with B-B connector as figure 5. Press the connector gently from back side to make sure it touches tightly. Open the USB cover and assembly the base rear housing from USB as figure2 Note: 1. Check the stop rubber which on base front housing before assembly base rear housing. 2. Check USB position. Take 2 screw, place them on relative position as figure4. 4. Take 2 screw, place them on relative position as figure6. 5. Tighten the screw by screw driver with T5 head, Screw driver torque is :0.06±0.02 N.MM Figure 1 Figure 2 Note: Screw driver torque need calibration for each shift, and need to fix it well; Shall not have the screw in the fixture to scratch the housing Screw has two types. Check silk screen and printing, words and color should be correct, no scratch, painting not be depigmented and peeled off; 2. Check housing, if housing be assembly well, no slit on the edge, no damage, dirty, scratch, confused color, raw edge; 3. Check speaker, no cover on speaker hole; 4. Check screw assembly well, no loose and missing; 5. Check key tactile touch feeling well.

Enter into Connectivity/USB Drive/, set USB Drive mode is on, Restart the phone, When phone enters call interface, connect it with PC by USB cable. t that time, PC will add two removable disks. Running copy and delete of document in every removable disk to confirm it is OK. 3. Press *#6288*# enter MT test interface when on call interface. 4. Enter into MT test mode. Background lights of both screen and keyboard are lighten, and display special color with relative key image on screen. (If display "error", the phone have not passed board test station) Close flip and check small screen. press right key, then display close; continuously press left key, and display turns on; at that time press right key again, and display closes; continuously press MP3 key, and display turns on. Open flip, check if background lights of both screen and keyboard are lighten. Press 1, first test vibration, press 1 again vibration stop; Press 2, play melody music, press 2 again play stop; Press 3, play mp3(midi21.mp3); Press 4, stop mp3; Press 5, display special color with relative key image; Press 6, display special color with relative key image; Press 7, play midi(midi01.mid), press 7 again play stop; Press 8, big LCD display white full; Press 9, big LCD display red full; Press 0, big LCD display green full; Press *, big LCD display blue full; Press #, big LCD display black full; Press Left Navy Key, display special color with relative key image; Press Right Navy Key, display special color with relative key image; Press Up Navy Key, display special color with relative key image; Press Down Navy Key, display special color with relative key image; Press OK,display special color with OK key image; Press Send,display special color with Send key image; Press End,display special color with End key image; Press Right function key,display special color with SKR key image;

Press OK key close infrared function, end infrared function test, begin another function test; *Function test item 3: enter into camera mode, camera face to standard color model, check photo,color right, test the preview impact, and check flash light. Press END (red) key end camera preview. End camera test. * Function test item 4: enter into Bluetooth mode, LCD display Bluetooth test, the phone automatic start up Bluetooth function, need using notebook computer with Bluetooth function to test. Close infrared function later, end Bluetooth function test. Function test end at this time. If all key is passed test and function test is finished normally, then return on power on interface, then power off.
