3 ADMIN LOGIN Online Poll The admin can access Online Poll module from the main dashboard as When we will click on this module link, screen will appear as: 3 of 21

4 From plus (+) icon we can create new polls and also we can create poll by click on same tab (create poll). We can also select All classes and a particular class for polling as: 4 of 21

5 When admin will click on (+) button a new screen will be open as follow: Fill the all form according to the title and options and click on Add poll button. There is a plus icon at bottom from this button admin can add more option in poll as: 5 of 21

7 On successful creation of poll will give you a pop-up message like: This poll will show at every person like parents, students and teacher on their login. The same poll, we can also create from directly tab menu which will be appears as: 7 of 21

8 We can view, delete and close that poll. After close poll nobody can vote on this poll and result will be show to all login. For viewing the details of polls click on view icon and screen will be open as: 8 of 21

9 For deleting the details of polls click on delete icon and click on delete button, screen will be open as: For closing the polls click on close icon and click on yes button, screen will be open as: After click on yes button nobody can vote that poll from any login and a message will be appear as: It will also disappear from all login and screen will show as below: 9 of 21

10 Admin can also view that how may total vote occur at poll. of 21 10

11 TEACHER LOGIN Online Poll Teacher can access online poll as: From that click on online poll, teacher can select any poll and click on submit. Poll screen will be shown as below: of 21 11

12 After submitting poll, that poll will be disappearing. Teacher can choose any one option from that and click on the vote button. a successful message will be appear as: Teacher can view the winner details of poll by clicking on Online poll result as below: of 21 12

15 PARENT LOGIN Online Poll Parent can access online poll as: From that click on online poll, parent can select any poll and click on submit. Poll screen will be show as below: of 21 15
