9 Episode: Printing! Printing using a Chromebook requires a connection to a printer. This means that you cannot print by directly into a printer.! To print using a Chromebook you will need one of two things:! Using a wireless printer 1. a file that you want to print. 2. Choose in the top menu bar. 3. Select. 4. Locate the word on the left. 5. If you don t see the printer you have access to, click. 6. A list of printers will appear, click on the name of the printer to select it. 7. Finally, press.! To determine if a printer is wireless search the outside of the printer for:! Printing using another computer Make sure the web browser is installed on the computer that is connected to a printer. 10 Episode: Chromebook Settings! Note that your department may have their own in place that prevent you from accessing the features mentioned in this episode.! To access the settings, click on your in the lower-right corner and select Settings.! The Settings menu includes the following options: Connect to a different network. Change the. c. and settings. d. First, check with your department to see if they have one for you to use.! To display your Chromebook using an HDMI cable: 1. Locate the port on the of the Chromebook and connect the cable. 2. If the Chromebook screen doesn t show up, check the controls for the TV or projector to select a different.!
