12 Module Programming for Types to Rev.: 0 Page Refer to the LED Diagnostics section on page for more information and for troubleshooting purposes. If connected in DD: Connect the -pin DD and the 0-pin harnesses. If connected in WW: Connect the 0-pin harness. Caution! The 0-pin connector can be easily plugged in backwards. -pin 0-pin Connect The LED turns ON solid or flashes rapidly. one or both of the other -pin harnesses, depending on the requirements of each installation types. On Solid or Flashes -pin Turn Insert the key into the ignition barrel and turn it to ON. Wait for the LED to start flashing slowly. the key back to the OFF position. KEY OFF ON START Key at OFF KEY Key at ON OFF ON START Off Flashes Flashes WITHOUT Factory Keyless Remote Press the module programming button. The LED turns ON solid for seconds, then turns OFF. The module is now programmed. WITH Factory Keyless Remote Press the UNLOCK button on the factory keyless remote. The LED turns ON solid for seconds and then turns OFF. While holding the button, connect the module to the power source. Wait until the red LED flashes once and release the programming button.
