6 Complete the fields as per the information supplied by us. Click on MORE SETTINGS then click on tab GENERAL. In the top field you can put in anything. You need not complete the ORGANISATION and REPLY fields. This is optional

7 Click on OUTGOING SERVER and select MY OUTGOING SERVER.AUTHENTICATION and USE SAME SETTINGS AS MY INCOMING MAIL SERVER Now select Connections and select CONNECT USING MY LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN) and click on OK

8 Don t Change anything on the ADVANCED option. Click on OK Click on TEST SETTINGS- you will see the following screen. Ensure that the tasks say Completed For other version of Microsoft Outlook go to for detailed settings.
