2 Overview of Agility Scan Agility Scan will allow users to scan documents and upload to DMS just like they do in the office using a scanner. The user can choose to upload a picture from camera, choose from existing gallery or upload a single or multiple documents directly Why Agility Scan As the Logistics business subject to so many events in life cycle, it results some delay in reporting the time lines. Where as the Agility Scan mobile app saves the time by updating the documents immediately and here everything is configured in mobile. You can upload documents or images to DMS system easier than ever before.. Customers today demand real time event and status updates for their End to End supply chain visibility and Management, which makes it imperative for us to provide these data. Technology has enabled lot of opportunities in event and status updates and we need to leverage the same for our system upgradation.

4 Advantages of Agility Scan Update real-time information from field Quickly and easily scan the secure QR Codes to pull information for Control shipments and update information from the field. The users can manually entered the shipment information. It is not necessary they have to come back to office to update these information can be updated through the mobile phone with a internet connection. Better customer satisfaction The customer can save the time and also he can upload the multiple documents for a single event. All this documents will be saved in dms system immediately and the user can filter the documents in DMS system using dms meta data. We have a proof time and date of updating a docs of every submit. Better metrics Allowing multiple document uploads will reduce the burden on the users because we can send all the documents in a single attempt to DMS. the users the ability to upload documents into DMS from outside the office, when travelling and without a scanner.

5 Features of Agility Scan QR Code Scanner Quickly and easily scan the secure QR Codes to pull information for Control shipments. Upload Documents and scan images. The user can upload document against a Consignment ID or a Job Number. The app also allows the user to edit the document/images before uploading. Supporting Doc Types: Customs Document, Internal, SLI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, POD,POC Integration with Agility Systems Agility Scan integrates Control, EIL and DMS systems

6 Pre-requisites for Agility Scan Setup in Access- Agility Employees only. By validating consignment Id / Job number, we can restrict the user from entering wrong consignment id / Job number. Installing the app The app is available in Android and in IOS versions. App can be downloaded from : ios - Android - Working with the app Need a camera based smartphone with GPRS (Internet) connectivity.

7 App flow Control consignment id is the unique key to identify a shipment Single Doc or Multiple Docs Multiple Documents attachment for single consignment ID/Job number. After submission of multiple documents it should be uploaded based on Document type. Merging multiple JPEG/PNG attachments into single PDF file before submission.

8 Mobile Scanner will automatically suggest cropping the image and attaching multiple documents.

10 Registration in App Agility Employees Alone 1. Click on the to right icon. 2. A registration dialog appears. 3. Enter your agility mail id and submit 4. Shows a success acknowledgement message 5. Authentication mail will be sent to the to validate the id. 6. Check your mail and activate the activation link given in the id.

11 Login to the App Open the app. Select Agility Employee Login with your Agility logistics credentials.(if is the id of the user then username is nkolla and password is as for ). On successful validation you will be redirected to scan home screen.
