Official record of time worked Records total hours worked per day (not clock-in, clock-out) Records sick, vacation, other exceptions Time sheets are created for the upcoming two week payroll period when payroll is processed for previous two week payroll period (mid-month payroll and end-of-month payroll) Time sheets for current payroll period must be saved by the 15 th and last day of each month Time sheets of full-time employees are pre-populated with standard working hours and university holidays Working hours of part-time employees must be entered manually

26 HCM Direct Deposit! See folder 15 You must enter a checking account into the Direct Deposit screen by Tuesday of next week. Directions for entering direct deposit are available: in your folder help.case.edu -> Training menu -> HCM
