1 BUSINESS CREDIT CARDS - DFCU ONLINE ACCESS OVERVIEW This dcument helps guide yu thrugh: Adding yur DFCU Business VISA Credit Card t DFCU Online Enrlling and Unenrlling in estatements Adding yur DFCU Business VISA Credit Card t DFCU Online Fllw the steps belw t add yur DFCU Business VISA Credit Card t DFCU Online. STEP 1 Access the Add Card screen Lgin t DFCU Online. Select Transactins Credit Cards. The Add Card screen will appear. STEP 2 Add the Card 11/17 1

2 Add the required card infrmatin. Credit Card Number Fr individual pay accunt(s), enter the credit card number. Fr cnslidated pay accunt, enter the credit card cntrl accunt number that appears at the bttm f yur credit card statement. The card number is 16 digits, cunt frm right t left, skipping the first digit n the right (see example belw). Name On Card the name f yur business r persn that appears n the statement. Prfile Address the address where yu want t receive infrmatin abut yur Business Credit Card accunt. Verify Prfile Address retype the address t cnfirm it. Example Credit Card Statement: STEP 4 Submit the infrmatin 2

STEP 5 Register Yu can review the Terms & Cnditins fr Website Use by scrlling thrugh the Terms & Cnditins bx.

3 STEP 5 Authenticate Fr businesses using: The Scial Security Number (SSN) f the Business Owner, enter the last 4-digits f the Business Owner s SSN. An Emplyer Identificatin Number (EIN), enter the last 4-digits f the Business EIN. Click Submit, the Registratin screen appears. STEP 5 Register Yu can review the Terms & Cnditins fr Website Use by scrlling thrugh the Terms & Cnditins bx. Yu may print the Terms & Cnditins by using the print icn in the lwer right crner. Click the I have read and agree t the Terms & Cnditins bx t accept the terms and cnditins. Click Submit t cmplete the enrllment prcess. 3

4 Enrlling int estatements Fllw the steps belw t enrll fr estatements fr yur DFCU Business VISA Credit Card. STEP 1 Select G Paperless frm the Statement & Activity drpdwn STEP 2 Enrll in estatements Yu can review the Terms & Cnditins t enrll in estatements by scrlling thrugh the Terms & Cnditins bx. Yu may print the Terms & Cnditins by using the print icn in the lwer right crner. Click the I have read and agree t the Terms & Cnditins fr estatement Enrllment bx t accept the terms and cnditins. 4

5 Click Submit. Click Cnfirm t cmplete yur enrllment in estatements. Click Clse. Nte: yu will receive an cnfirming the enrllment f estatements, see example belw: Yu will cntinue t receive paper statements fr up t 2 billing cycles. After up t 2 billing cycles yu will nly receive mnthly billing statements electrnically fr the accunt enrlled in estatements. Yu d have the ability t rder a paper statement cpy at any time. 5

STEP 1 Select G Paperless frm the Statement & Activity drpdwn STEP 2 estatement Unenrllment Yu can review the Terms & Cnditins t unenrll in estatements. Click the I accept the Terms & Cnditins fr estatement Unenrllment bx t accept the terms and cnditins. Click Submit. 6
