to Start, selecting Program Files, and then choosing Outlook Express. 1.

1 Outlook Express Setup Guide The following document will guide you through setting up your airware.ca account using Outlook Express. This document is specifically designed for the Outlook Express application, although the information contained here can be used to configure any client. To begin, select the Outlook Express icon from either the Desktop, or by going to Start, selecting Program Files, and then choosing Outlook Express. 1. From the first screen you see when opening Outlook, select Tools, and then Accounts from the drop down menu. Note: If this is the first time opening Outlook Express on your computer, you may be prompted by a Setup Wizard. If this happens, simply skip the above instructions, and continue to the step below. 2. Select the Mail tab from the top left hand side of the pop up window, and then click the Add button located on the right hand side. You will then be given three options. Select Mail from this list.

3. In the next window which appears you will enter your full name. Once you have finished doing this, click NEXT at the bottom right hand side of the box to continue. 4. jsmith@airware.

On this screen, enter the address you were given upon registration. It should look something like ca, with your username in the place of jsmith. Click NEXT to proceed to step 5.

3 5. IMPORTANT: In the screen to the left, you will be asked to enter your local mail server information. The particular settings for each city can be found in the table directly underneath these instructions. Enter your city mail server name here. 1. Ensure that the first line of this window reads My incoming mail server is a POP3 server. If it does not, click the drop down box and select POP3 from the list. 2. In the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server area, enter your local mail server name. 3. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server area, enter the same information that you did for the incoming server. Click NEXT once you have completed these steps, and then click Finish on the final window in order to complete the setup process! 7.

4 6. Lastly we have the username and password screen. Simply fill in both blanks with the Account Name and Password you received upon signing up, and ensure that the Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) is NOT checked. Click NEXT once you have completed these steps, and then click Finish on the final window in order to complete the setup process! 7. The final step which should be taken by Qiniq.com users is the configuration of SMTP Auth. This service will allow you to send mail outside your city of residence. Simply follow the below instructions to prepare for sending on the road! From the initial Outlook Express screen you will select Tools and then Accounts from the drop down menu.

Simply click OK once you have done this, and then Close on the Internet Accounts box to finish the process. When you have completed the setup, send yourself an to see if it works! If you can send yourself an , you have correctly configured Outlook Express. If not, double check your settings and refer to the steps listed in the earlier part of this document. If you cannot make your program work, please call your city service provider for assistance. 5
