Construction contract bids were received from two companies, and the low bid was submitted by Kimble, Inc. in the amount of $439,700. Engineers from Labella Associates have reviewed the bid submissions and determined that the bid submitted by Kimble is in conformance with the bid and contract specifications. The budget for this project is $862,215 (Bond Resolution ) which includes $82,000 for the professional engineering services. Replacement of the air handling unit will be scheduled in the fall after the chiller system has been turned off for the season. Vendor/Provider Kimble, Inc.
