This was appearing to the User as a duplication of the Placements. Billing Reporting: Niagara EI County Invoice - NPI Number will now print appropriately. TX Release History ARD WebForm & Report: Determination of Eligibility section - Disability Priority will now display appropriately. Reporting: Summary of Performance Report - The issue preventing this report from printing has been resolved. Version June 7, 2012 General Release History IEP Creation Process: Progress was being deleted when it existed in an old IEP where a new IEP was created and the Start Date of the new IEP was earlier than the End Date of the old IEP. This will no longer occur. Progress will remain attached to the old IEP's Goals regardless of the date of the Progress. Notifications: The 'IEP Missing' Notification Rule has been modified to be triggered only by 'Special Education' Enrollment types. Data Integration: The 'esp - Discipline Rule' has been modified to update the Event type and Event Name fields to allow GUID matching to function properly. This will assure correct matching of Discipline records in eschoolplus and IEPPLUS. TX Release History Version May 25, 2012 General Release History No TX Release History Added PEIMS Upload Error Report. See PLUS 360 Advanced Integration \Texas \ TX PEIMS Upload Error Report in the Help Files for more information. Summary of Performance Report: Sections will now immediately follow each other on the Report instead of having each start on a new page. Issue sometimes causing a hard error to occur when printing this report has been addressed.

2 Release History Page 2 Version May 18, 2012 General Release History The 'Welcome to IEPPLUS' main screen will now only display the Support icon until a User logs into the software. The Home, Help, Logout icons have been removed and will now appear once the User has logged in.. Student Initialization Form: Date Range Information will now appropriately appear or not based on settings in Screen Configuration. Data Integration: Discipline Rule will no longer default its duration value to "days", Instead, it will look to the setting in the eschoolplus Duration Code Table and use the Event Outcome Duration value. WebForm Finalization: Search methods used to find the most recently finalized PDF will now ignore Consolidated and Progress Archives. TX Release History ARD Transfer Creation Process: Process will no longer create blank Disability records. Transportation WebForm: Form will now open without error from within the ARD and from the FIE/ARD Administration Screen. ARD Report: Goals and Objectives Section - Present Levels will now print appropriately above the Goals section Version May 3, 2012 General Release History Reporting - Run a Report: Billing - The Billing Mode Drop Down List will now properly filter for all billing modes. TX Release History PEIMS Upload: Will now properly filter Restraint Events based on FIlterStartDate and FilterEndDate. A new Error Message has been added to alert the User when a Restraint Event is attempting to be uploaded and no appropriate Entry Record can be found. The issue causing a 'Unique Key Violation TX_Restraint' error to appear in the PEIMS Error Report during the upload process for Restraints has been addressed. ARD WebForm: Consideration of Special Factors Section - The Textbox for 'Other' beneath 'Language' has been modified to allow multiple lines of text. This will prevent the page from stretching to the right when enclosed text becomes wider than the screen. FIE Disability Report: Specific Learning Disability Report - The Textbox for 'Evaluation Instruction has been modified to allow multiple lines of text. This will prevent the page from stretching to the right when enclosed text becomes wider than the screen. ARD Supplements: Transportation Form - The same filter used in the attached ARD has been coded into this

3 Release History Page 3 Form so that it will now longer include Disabilities which have already ended. The Disabilities displayed in the ARD should now match those displayed in the Transportation Form. Version April 26, 2012 PEIMS Upload: Underlying process has been modified to improve performance. FIE WebForm/Report: The Grade on the WebForm and the Report will now match. ARD Validation: Rule messages will no longer be truncated. Graduation Supplement: The Start and End Dates for this Form may now be modified on the Form Information Page. FIE/ARD Administration Page: Graduation Supplement may now be linked to the ARD from this management page Version April 5, 2012 ARD Report (Spanish): Committee Signatures Section - The checkboxes on this part of the Report will now match the WebForm. Auditory Impairment Eligibility Form Section C: The issue causing data on this section to not be saved and displayed properly has been addressed. Version March 1, 2012 PWN WebForm: The issue causing the form to throw a hard error when a User attempts to open it has been addressed. FIE - AI Report: Text in Part A will no longer be truncated. ARD Report: Moved the 'Consideration of Graduating Student' section to the end of the 'Transition Needs and Services' area. The report now matches the WebForm in this respect. TAKS/STAAR section - Accommodation Needed: Only one of either 'Yes' or 'No' will now be checked. Transportation Report: Report will now display the correct Placement Locations beneath 'Campus Assigned'. ARD Graduation Supplement Report: Modified how the report handles its Date Fields to prevent the report from malfunctioning in the cases where a User has entered something other than a formatted date into the associated Date Field on the WebForm. On the WebForm, dates are entered as text which, unless correctly formatted, will not convert properly to a date. ARD Brief WebForm: Placement Determination Section - Form will now display Services appropriately in this section as it does already for the ARD and the ARD Transfer. Section will NOT check Determination checkboxes based upon the existence of Speech Therapy Related Services as it does for the ARD or the ARD Transfer. Version February 16, 2012 Prior Written Notice WebForm: The Refresh functionality is now available for this Form. Advanced Reporting - Indicator 11 and 12: Labeling on the Setup Page has been reverted to prompt for "Current School Year Start Date", "Current School Year End Date", and "Date to Calculate Age". Version February 2, 2012 Advanced Reporting: TAKS-STAAR Report - Modified reports to detect the addition of the STAAR entries on the ARD's TAKS page. BIP Report: Report has been formatted from a columnar vertically-oriented report to a horizontal format saving paper and making the report far more readable. FIE Eligibility Report WebForm: Link to allow User to add Sources has been fixed. Version December 8, 2011 No Version November 30, 2011 Transportation WebForm: Issue preventing Disabilities which are present on the attached ARD from displaying on the Transportation Form have been addressed. ARD Amendment WebForm: Issue causing some Forms to throw an error when a User attempts to open them have been addressed. Version to Version November 10, 2011 ARD WebForm: Signature Page - Checkbox next to the verbiage "The parent(s) did not attend the ARD Meeting " will now appear and allow the User to check and uncheck it. 6 Release History Page 6 ARD WebForm: Revise Process - BIP will now properly link to the ARD when a Revise is attempted. Version to Version October 6, 2011 FIE WebForm and Report: Student Language may now be locally managed on the Form. If no change is made, Language is pulled from the Student Demographic Screen. ARD WebForm: Consideration of Special Factors section - BIP linking logic will now handle BIPs that do not have Form Start Dates. Version to Version October 4, 2011 ARD WebForm: Consideration of Special Factors page - the link allowing access to the Graduation Supplement now displays the attached Supplement appropriately. FIE/ARD Management Page: The Graduation Supplement will now link correctly without throwing a hard error. BIP WebForm: The FBA date will now show appropriately at the top of the WebForm. ARD WebForm: Standards-based Goals and Objectives - Goals and Objectives will now save their data appropriately. Version to Version September 21, 2011 Progress Reporting: Progress Reports will no longer print blanks when dealing with Standards-based Goals ARD WebForm: Standards-based Goals - A sorting issue has been addressed which prevented the saving of new Standards-based Goals on the Goals and Objectives page of the ARD. ARD Graduation Supplement: The Supplement can now be accessed without error. BIP WebForm: Following the addition of the ability to link multiple ARDs to the BIP, the WebForm stopped displaying the Date of the FBA attached to the ARD to which the BIP was attached. This has been addressed. The BIP will now display the date of the most recent FBA attached to any ARD which is attached to that BIP. Reporting: SOP Report: Checkbox data will now print appropriately. Version to Version September 14, 2011 Reporting: Graduation ARD Supplement - Form is now available for printing. Security: Graduation ARD Supplement and the new Prior Written Notice security settings have been adjusted so that security for these forms can now be properly managed. Version August 24, 2011 Prior Written Notice: A new WebForm and Report have been created. This WebForm may be accessed from the Student Navigation Bar and also from the FIE/ARD Administration Page as an ARD Supplement. This form can be linked to an ARD, ARD Brief or ARD Transfer but the link is not required. Validation rules are also included for this WebForm.

7 Release History Page 7 The 'Sources to Contact' and 'Procedure Safeguard Notice Location' can be configured to auto-fill on this WebForm. Navigate to Maintenance, Manager Letterheads, Staff Type/Enclosures. Details can be found in Help, Forms, TX Prior Written Notice. REMINDER: You will need to setup security to provide user/group access to this form. (Security, Manage Groups and/or Users, Permissions Tab) Summary of Performance: A new WebForm and Report have been created. This WebForm may be accessed from the Student Navigation Bar AND from the FIE/ARD Administration Page as an ARD Supplement. Validation rules are also included for this WebForm. This WebForm can be linked to an existing ARD, but the link is not required. Upon form creation, if an ARD is linked, IEPPLUS will fill in the following sections - 'Current Data on State testing', 'Post Secondary Goals' and 'Summary of Performance Sections (Academic Achievement and Functional Performance, Present Level of Performance and Accommodations/Modifications etc.) by copying the existing text from the linked ARD and place it on this form. The User may then modify the included text as needed. Modification of text on the SOP Form will have no effect on the original ARD. In addition it will also pull in Instructional Services, Related Services and Special Transportation from the ARD, Schedule of Services Page. The Instructional Services section will be displayed as read-only and can not be modified from within this WebForm. If preferred, not linking an ARD Form will create a blank form for complete user data entry. REMINDER: You will need to setup security to provide User/Group access to this form. (Security, Manage Groups and/or Users, Permissions Tab)

8 Release History Page 8 Amendment to the ARD: A new WebForm and Report have been created. This WebForm may be accessed from the Student Navigation Bar AND from the FIE/ARD Administration Page as an ARD Supplement. It may be linked to an ARD, ARD Brief or ARD Transfer. Validation rules are also included for this WebForm. If one wishes an Evaluation Name/Title to autofill then an Administrative User will need to navigate to Setup Maintenance, Manage Letterhead and set up a Staff Type/Enclosure = 'Amendment Evaluation Specialist', Lines 1 & 2. REMINDER: You will need to setup security to provide user/group access to this form. (Security, Manage Groups and/or Users, Permissions Tab) Transportation Service Form: A new 'Internal' WebForm and Report have been created. This WebForm may be accessed from the Student Navigation Bar AND from the FIE/ARD Administration Page as an ARD Supplement. Validation rules are also included for this WebForm. REMINDER: You will need to setup security to provide user/group access to this form. (Security, Manage Groups and/or Users, Permissions Tab) BIP Enhancements: The ability to reset BIP Goal dates has been added. - This process will ONLY affect the statements on the BIP. If dates entered to Reset Dates are outside the date range of a linked ARD, a message will appear advising of such and asking if you still wish to continue. - Answering 'Ok' WILL change the Form Date Range AND the BIP Goal Statements to be the new date range entered in Form Information. - Cancel will stop this request and return to the Form Information screen. The ability to edit Goal Start and End Dates on-screen is now available.

9 Release History Page 9 The ability to link multiple BIP's to an existing ARD has been implemented. - ARD, Consideration of Special Factors Section: This section will now display multiple BIP's and allow you to create a new form. The ability to link multiple ARD's to a single BIP has been implemented. This can be accomplished two ways. - The BIP Form, Form Information. The Link form Drop Down List will display all ARD's. By holding the 'Control' Key and clicking on the appropriate ARD listed, then 'save', will link multiple ARD's to a single form. (This new feature will assist when the BIP spans two separate ARD Date Ranges). This linking is also displayed on the BIP summary screen. - ARD, Consideration of Special Factors Section: Set the 'Behavior' checkbox = 'Yes'. Linked BIP's will be listed with the form date range. Any unlinked BIP's will be displayed in the drop down for you to 'Add BIP Form' or you can add a brand new one. Selecting 'Unlink' next to the BIP form will also Unlinked the BIP from this ARD.

10 Release History Page 10 ARD, Instructional Accommodations Section: This section now has the ability to Manage a Behavior Intervention Plan. Goal section has been modified. Reinforcers and Consequences section - This area has 'Add Replacement Behavior' and 'Add Reinforces / Consequences' buttons which adds additional text boxes. The Replacement Behavior section has also been reformatted to make better use of the page's screen real estate and to make it more readable. Example of the Report below: FIE/ARD Administration, Visual Impairment Eligibility Form: This form now includes Part A (Interagency Eye Examination Report) and Part B (Functional Vision Evaluation / Learning Media Assessment). Please insure all current Visually Impaired forms are Finalized prior to this update. Once the update is installed, both sections will now appear/print instead of just Part B. Please insure you set Security, Manage Groups and/or Users for proper access to this form/sections.

11 Release History Page 11 FIE/ARD Administration, Auditory Impairment Eligibility Form: This form now includes Parts A & B as well as the previously implemented Part C. Please insure all current Auditory Impaired forms are Finalized prior to this update. Once the update is installed, three sections will now appear/print instead of just Part C. Please insure you set Security, Manage Groups and/or Users for proper access to this form/sections. FIE - Assistive Technology Section: Attached Disability Reports are now accessible directly from this section. Each attached Disability Report will have its own link providing direct access to the report. Reporting: FIE and Eligibility Reports: All reports have had the underscores removed from the text that originates in the WebForm's textboxes. Example: Original report Example: New Report FIE - Educational Need Section: The following text has been removed. (Completed only if student appears to meet eligibility for Special Education services.) FIE - Signature lines: Additional signature lines have been added.

12 Release History Page 12 ARD - Signature Page, Participation Statement and link to Prior Written Notice: An additional paragraph has been added for parent/adult student participation and 5 day review waiver. In addition a direct link to add or 'Manage Prior Written Notice' has been added here. Selecting the drop down in this area will now display any existing PWN forms (i.e. 4/20/10 (PWN Date) - ARD Committee Meeting: 4/6/11 (ARD linked to this PWN), provide the ability to link an existing PWN to this ARD (i.e. select 4/6/ PWN), create a New PWN which will now be linked to this ARD or unlink a PWN from this ARD (i.e. No Linked PWN). FIE/ARD Administration - ARD Graduation Supplement: Various legal verbiage has changed for 'Option b & c'. The mapping document has been updated and highlights the wording differences (i.e. references to Tex. Admin. Code Chapters and Chapter 130). Mapping documents are located in 'Help', Forms, TX Forms, TX ARD Graduation Supplement. FIE - Language: The ability to 'Manage Student Language' via a drop down has been removed. This field is now displayed as read-only.

13 Release History Page 13 ARD Enhancements: Header and Meeting Information Section: IEPPLUS will now display multiple 'Other' meeting reasons on the main page. Present Level of Academic Achievement And Functional Performance - Communication Section: When a new ARD is created, the data in the Present Levels of Performance section, Communication/physical limitations area will be copied over in to the new ARD form. Consideration of Special Factors, Behavior Section: If behavior is answered as 'No', the subsequent text will not print on the report. Consideration of Special Factors: A new checkbox has been added to indicate whether a Functional Behavior Review (FBR) as well as a BIP form has been completed. Users can attach their FBR form to the ARD through Maintenance, File Attachments section. In addition text will appear when the item is checked indicating that an FBR should be attached to the ARD. A new BIP attachment grid will appear as well when checked enabling the user to Add or Link a BIP Form to this ARD.

14 Release History Page 14 Development of the IEP, Transition, Graduation: The 'Considerations of Special Factors', last paragraph regarding Graduation has been moved to the IEP Section, bottom of the page. TAKS Shading: The grids on this form now have a two-tone color to make reading easier. for the first grid. This is the example Consideration of Potential Harmful Effects: If the check box is indicated as not appropriate, this section does not print on the report. Schedule of Services, ESY Section: The ' Manage ESY Supplement' link will always be available, regardless of the radio buttons selection. Placement Determination, Name of Instructional Arrangement: The type of 'MainStream (#40)' will not appear under "other" box on the webform and report.

15 Release History Page 15 Reporting: Run a Report, Objectives Worksheet: New report that displays a chart that lists a student's objectives by Category with the ability to manually annotate a Date, Time and indication of progress for each objectives. This report can be run by a date range, specific category(ies) and or specific students. This report is also available from the ARD drop down, even when the ARD has been finalized, as well as from the Progress Reporting drop down. This selection provides the ability to run the report for a specific ARD form. ARD selection drop down example: Progress Reporting Example:

16 Release History Page 16 ARD Translation to Spanish changes ARD Signature Page: - The parent/adult student attended and participated in the meeting and is in full agreement with all ARD decisions. The parent/adult student agrees to waive the 5 day review. This constitutes prior written notice and request all ARD decisions start on the agreed start date. - El padre/adulto del estudiante atendió y participó en la reunión y está de acuerdo con todas las decisiones del ARD. El padre/adulto del estudiante está de acuerdo de prescindir de 5 dias de revisión. Esto constituye previo aviso por escrito y requiere que todas las decisiones del ARD empiezan el mismo dia de la fecha acuerdo. Development of the IEP page: - Acquisition of Daily Living Skills ( if applicable) Adquisición de la Aptitud de la Vida Diaria (si es applicable) - Adult Services (if applicable) Servicios de adultos (si es applicable) Standards-Based Goals & Objectives IEPPLUS now has the ability to display two different types goal screens (Standards Based or the original default). Current the program allows for an Annual Goal, Objectives, Position Responsible, Level of Master, Evaluation procedure and Schedule for Evaluation. The new Standards Based Goal option displays the Annual goal segmented into four additional columns (Timeline, Conditions of Performance, Observable Behavior and Level of Performance). Original default Goal/Objective screen example below: If you wish to use the Standards Based goal version, you must set the system default as follows: Options, Set System-wide Options or User Options, Form Tab: A new option has been added use Standards Based goals Functionality on the ARD Form.

17 Release History Page 17 Adding a Goal via the Standards Based Goal version displays the following two screens. Upon selecting 'Click HERE to edit goal', the screen pop's up to display four (4) new areas for entry. Select the appropriate Category, SubCategory and/or Level for your goal and enter text into each text box and save.

18 Release History Page 18 Upon saving the text entered into the four boxes above will be displayed in the goal text box horizontally with the appropriate headings indicated. The rest of the columns will be display vertically next to the annual goal as previously designed. Note: the goal text box will grow based on the amount of text entered in the text boxes. The report will display as follows: (Please note: This is only testing data so it may not make sense; it is just to display the column layout).

19 Release History Page 19 NOTE: This feature is dependent upon a specific goalbook named Standards Based Goal Book to populate the goal category/subcategory names. Please populate the appropriate categories used by your district in this goalbook as outlined below. Goalbook Category/Subcategory Setup: Maintenance, Manage Goal Book Codes, select the Standards Based Goal Book, New. Add any necessary Categories and/or Subcategories for your goal selections. To enter a subcategory, click on the Category (ie English) and then add a 'New' subcategory. Note: Please delete the 'reminder' category upon setting up your code table (Category Setup needed,contact your Administrator).
