Based on the comments provided by the end user community, and analytics on how the content is used, Frank plans an update to the documentation. Engineering adds the actual content SME review the final document Laurens Andrew Extreme Brand Management Laurens, as a Buddy Customer Support Engineer, is notified that procedure is missing. Because Laurens is not an experienced writer, he will be assisted in which terminology to use. Furthermore, reuse relationships will be detected and content will be suggested to him as he types away. Collaboration Andrew, as a Buddy Engineer, needs to review to document and fix any of the mistakes that are still in the document. 11
