2 MySmartPlans Overview MySmartPlans is a project information management tool, with capabilities to coordinate planning, collaboration and information distribution, while accelerating every step of the project lifecycle, for every member of the project team. By simply clicking on a user friendly icon, you are one click away from the information you need. MySmartPlans is a highly-secure application providing a single virtual archive for all project information. MySmartPlans brings together project information from all participants into a single collaborative virtual workroom tracking changes, verifying requirements and keeping plans up to date. Every MySmartPlans project comes with a dedicated Project Information Manager. The Project Information Manager is at the clarity, format, organization, and optimization necessary to make it Project Information Managers Ensure project information is organized, complete and accurate Ensure documents can be easily searched across entire project Compress files to ensure they open quickly and take up minimal space Create bookmarks allowing users to click on individual pages or sections Create links in documents to other content Ensure documents are named according to project naming standards Create live As-Built sets per client direction Enable documents for Redline Review Convert documents to PDF A ISO standard for closeout archive

3 Owner Project Requirements MySmartPlans can be effectively used for master planning and defining owner project requirements during the planning phase. MySmartPlans keeps all of the stakeholders on the same page and creates an environment of collaboration where projects can be defined, analyzed and then moved forward into design and construction. 4 Design Phase M ake mark-ups to your plans and publish instantly to project team R edline review timestamps and tracks individual comments Project Information Center immediately notifies you of new updates MySmartPlans supports BIM modeling CAD files Redline Review Redline Review is a project collaboration tool allowing project members to ask questions, redline drawings, post additional information, review specifications and communicate efficiently. Redline Review keeps track of comments live which in turn saves thousands of dollars on courier and overnight expenses, all while moving the information in seconds instead of days. In addition, all comments are date and time-stamped and remain as part of the project archive.

5 BIM Collaboration with Adobe 3D PDF s MySmartPlans has the ability to convert up to 64 different BIM model formats to Adobe 3D PDF s. Users now have the ability to view, collaborate and use BIM models for facility management using only Adobe Reader. BIM Models converted to Adobe 3D PDF s are approximately 100 times smaller creating greater user acceptance and using minimal computer hardware. The entire team can be making review comments simultaneously on the 3D model. Comments record the user, status, checked status, type, date, time and the model view the user was displaying when they made the comments. Comments can be searched by keyword, reviewer, type or status. Comments can be sorted and exported to third party products and comments can be summarized on a variety of reports. Comments are updated in near real time allowing almost instantaneous updates by users anywhere in the world.

7 Construction Phase Use linked As-Builts to show RFI s or CCD s linked directly to the As-Built Project calendar & posted schedule keeps everyone up to date Link to details allows plan holders to swiftly navigate through plan sets Tracks Contracts, Construction Documents,Weather, Meeting Minutes, Field Reports, Photos, Webcams, and Videos As-Builts Live Complete tracking and management of electronic submittals Mark up your documents electronically and MySmartPlans will electronically slip sheet and link to the change documents. A digital As-Built set can be created and you will have an accurate archive of exactly how the project was built. Color Sheet Comparison This feature automatically identifies changes to sheet revisions that have been issued. Any information on the sheet appearing in green indicates this is new information and did not appear on the previous version. Any information appearing in red has been removed from the previous version and any information appearing in black appears on both version of the sheet.

9 Closeout Models with Adobe 3D PDF s 3D Closeout models can now be used by your facilities management personnel using only Adobe Reader. Personnel now have access to the linked 3D Model allowing a complete inventory of information at your fingertips. 3D Model supports the use of QR codes to access documents, spreadsheets, web pages, photos or videos via a smart device like an ipad or Android smart phone. 3D Closeouts with Linked Content Individual nodes in the 3D model can link to documents, web pages, spreadsheets, photos, videos or other content. Facility managers can link repositories to individual nodes in the 3D model and then update the content in those repositories, including information like submittals, O&M manuals, photographs, maintenance logs, or training videos. 3D Models can link to photographic views containing links to other information. 3D Models can be linked to MySmartPlans historical 2D closeout modules.
