1 The Facility Table stores information about where your doctors provide patient services. The system uses this information when posting charges and generating insurance claims. You must configure at least one facility in order to configure the Staff, Physician and Patient tables. You can configure more facilities as needed based on the requirements of your practice. 25 The Facility ID is a one character code that will preface the patient account number on insurance claims to help identify the filing facility and is Not required. 33 The FACILITY ROOMS section is used to maintain a list of rooms associated with this facility for use in the hospital census module. This area is not required but can be useful if your practice visits specific rooms such as Birthing Suites or Surgical Rooms. Enter the room number in the field provided.
