3 itroducig your phoe With the MOTOROLA CLIQ with MOTOBLUR, you ca: Sychroize, view, ad share cotacts, messages, feeds, ad updates from the most popular social Web sites o your phoe (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, ad more). 4 SERVICE activatio If you are a ew T-Mobile customer ad your service has ot bee activated, simply call Customer Care at from your ladlie phoe ad a T-Mobile Activatios represetative will assist you. Your phoe will ot work without the SIM card. To isert the SIM card ad battery: 1. Detach your SIM card. 2. Press the battery cover ad slide it off. Lift the tab ad remove the battery. 4 5

Charge usig a charger cable Coect the small ed of the charger cable to the micro-usb port o the left side of your phoe. Plug the other ed of the charger ito a wall outlet. Charge usig a USB cable Coect the small ed of the USB cable to the micro-usb port o the left side of your phoe. 6 MOTOBLUR ACCOUNT Before usig your phoe, you must first create a MOTOBLUR accout to get your cotacts, , messages, ad social etworkig status o your phoe (MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). See the Social Networkig sectio i this guide for more iformatio o how to maage your accouts. Create a MOTOBLUR accout 1. Select the laguage. 2. Tap Start. 3. Tap Register ew accout. 4. Tap Next. 5. Read the MOTOBLUR Terms of Service, Ed User Licese Agreemet, ad Privacy Statemet. 6. Tap the check mark ext to I agree. 7. Tap Next. 8. Eter your ame ad the address where MOTOBLUR ca sed accout iformatio. 9. Eter a ew MOTOBLUR accout password. 10. Tap Next. 11. Verify the iformatio is correct ad tap Cofirm. 12. Whe accout creatio is complete, tap Next. 13. Tap the ico for a service you use. 14. Eter your logo iformatio for that service. 15. Tap Next. 16. Repeat steps for all of your accouts. 17. O the Home scree, tap the Applicatio tab. 2. Tap Accouts. 3. Tap Add accout. 4. Tap the ico for the desired accout. 5. Eter your logo iformatio. 6. Tap Next. View accouts 1. If you have more tha oe accout, you ca use the pull-dow meu to limit which accouts are updated. 3. Tap Post. If you do t see a Social Status widget, swipe your Home scree left or right to check all paels. To add the Social Status widget: 1. O the Home scree, touch ad hold a empty space util you see the Add to Home scree meu. 2. Tap Widgets. 3. Scroll to ad tap Social Status. The widget will appear i the empty spot ad will show your status the ext time your phoe updates from the etwork. CONTACTs There are several importat thigs to kow whe maagig cotacts o your phoe: New cotacts are saved i the phoe memory, ad also updated i your MOTOBLUR ad T-Mobile Mobile Backup accouts at ad If you edit oe of your social etworkig cotacts o the Web site, your chages will be sychroized to your phoe automatically. You caot save ew cotacts to your SIM card. Cotacts dowloaded from Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Gmail, ad Corporate Syc are ot backed up to T-Mobile Mobile Backup

While i your cotact list, tap Cotacts i the top left corer of the scree. 2. Tap All cotacts, MOTOBLUR address book, T-Mobile Network Address Book, or the desired liked accout. Cotact list views You have three optios for viewig the cotacts i your cotact list. History view: To view the cotacts you have set or received messages from, begiig with the most recet.
