2 Step One: Visit Ravenna Solutions Site ( Ravenna Solutions is an online system Bishop Machebeuf High School uses for a seamless admissions process. This homepage will allow your family to access your account at anytime. Step Two: Creating an Account Parent/Guardian will create an account using a valid . Take note of and password.

3 Step Three: Verify Click Send Verification . Log-out and verify from your account. Step Four: Log Back In

4 Step Five: Complete Personal Information The Inquiry Form will capture personal information specific to each prospective family. This will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to the Admissions Office.

5 Step Six: Select any/all that apply This step will provide the Admissions Office with information specific to your family s needs. Select at least one check mark.

6 Step Seven A: Complete Any Missing Fields for Each Student This information will be captured once. Your family will not have to submit this information again to register for events or complete the application. Step Seven B: Complete Required Items Each student profile will need to have the Student Information, Family Information, and Education History sections completed. Don t forget to save changes in each section!

7 The account will show a message when student profile is completed. Step Eight: Dashboard The Dashboard is your account homepage. Each student s profile can be accessed through the Dashboard.

8 Step Nine: School Directory School Directory will display the schools using Ravenna. Select Denver Area. Bishop Machebeuf High School will appear. Click and choose Explore or Apply. Explore will allow you to access limited registration for events and learn about the school. Apply will allow you to start the application and have full access to events. Step Ten: Select Apply This step downloads the application.

9 Step Eleven: Access Application Select Applications to see our admissions timeline. This will include deadlines and events. The application will then be visible. The left side will detail all required, optional, and suggested steps in the admissions process. The right hand side will detail what is remaining for your application to be completed. Take note of required items marked with a red asterick.

10 The Preliminary Application includes the application, student esasy, and parent essay. These can be completed and submitted by each individiual family. This initiates the application process. The Additional Steps section notes required and suggested steps in the process. Download the Transcript Request form and to your student s CURRENT school. Delegate Recommendation Forms to an Administrator/Counselor, English Teacher, Math Teacher, and Pastor (optional). In order to do this you will need the address for each recommender. It will send an with the recommendation form. Once the recommender completes and submits it will send directly to the Admissions Office.

11 It is suggested that the admissions process be completed in its entirety online. The Show me What s Left link will allow families to view accurate updates for their application. It will generate a list like the one below: Completed items will be marked with a green check mark. Please note that any hardcopies received will take 2-3 business days to be scanned, processed, and marked complete. It is encouraged for all items be completed electronically.

12 Step Twelve: Register for an Event Select an event to get more information and see space details. Register for an event to confirm a spot for any listed event. You will receive an confirmation following event registration.

13 Step Twelve: Customer Service The Office of Admissions can answer general questions about the admissions process, but the Ravenna Solutions Customer Service will be able to see issues specific to your account and application. Office of Admissions x117
