Head height is maintained at a minimum and thread length is optimized for the application. All Ti64 hex bolts meet a 140ksi Tensile strength specification. We developed these Hex flange bolts with a number of advantages over standard hex bolts. First we made them with a smaller head for easy wrenching in tight spaces, second, the flange size is optimized for use in Heim Joints, and third, they are more easily drilled for safety wire applications. Socket head bolts are often used in high stress applications so we made ours from 160ksi tensile strength Ti-Micro64. Both the head and socket are forged, then the head is machined and polished to final dimension. Taper head bolts find wide application due to there light weight and streamlined appearance. We forge ours from 140ksi Grade5 titanium. Threads are rolled to the same demanding specifications as all Ti64 fasteners. Button-Head screws are less commonly used than many fastener types, but they meet the same 140ksi strength specification as most Ti64 fasteners and are well suited to many racer applications including steering wheel bolts, floor pan bolts, and other applications where a smooth finish is desired. Our Countersunk socket bolts adhere to ANSI specification so you can be assured of a flush fit. Forged from 140Ksi Ti64, these bolts meet the same demanding form fit and finish requirements as all Ti64 fasteners.
