The interested firms (who are registered and income / sales tax payees) may file their tenders in the enclosed schedule (in sealed cover super scribing on the cover ( Tender for Annual Maintenance Contract ) and send by post or in person so as to reach Corporate Head Office, Girijan Cooperative Corporation Limited, Visakhapatnam 50 07, before 0.00PM on Tenders will be opened by the Committee on at 0.00 PM at CHO, GCC Ltd., East Point Colony, Visakhapatnam.. 4 9. Requisites under AMC: i. The selected AMC contractor has to provide one Resident Engineer to CHO, Visakhapatnam on all working days. ii. The AMC contractor shall attend to the breakdown calls within hours in local incase non-local within 8 hours. A standby system / printer / monitor to be provided free of cost till the system is returned after repairs. iii. The contractor shall maintain a call register and attendance being endorsed by Managers / Divisional Managers and furnish to CHO once in week and consolidate once in month. 0.
