MEASURING PRINCIPLE All SYLVAC-SCAN incorporte high resolution CCD sensors tht combine 2 x elements liner rrys, with ptented 7.5 system, which would correspond to cmer with resolution of 200 megpixels! Adjcent to opertors, it dvntgeously replces conventionl mesuring systems including multi-guging thnks to unsurpssed flexibility nd time sving. The cutting edge REFLEX-Click mode mesures your prts with simple click. SYLVAC REFLEX SCAN SOFTWARE FOR SCAN 52 MACHINES 1. The opertor plces the workpiece on the mchine 2. The opertor clicks on the button 3. The workpiece is scnned, the min vlues re mesured nd displyed on the softwre ginst the generted work piece drwing 4. The operting system is in fct divided into 2 softwres: Pro_Composer : For the progrming of the mesurement. Pro_Mesure : For prts mesurement nd results. SCANNING OR CAD IMPORT To strt mesuring progrm, you cn either scn your prt or import CAD file (DXF). You will then use the comprehensive toolbox of fetures to crete your progrms. OFF-LINE PROGRAMMING Directly on the PC coupled with the mchine, mesuring progrms cn lso be esily creted remotely. Once your progrm is completed, import it into the mchine nd strt mesuring!
