4 Epson Projector Content Mnger Fetures 4 The Epson Projector Content Mnger softwre llows you to dd imges nd movies to plylists, nd sve them on n externl storge device. Scheduling plylists You cn specify when ech plylist strts nd finishes. Scheduled plylists begin utomticlly. This feture is useful when you wnt to periodiclly repet the sme plylist. 6 Instlling the Softwre 6 Check the system requirements necessry to run the softwre, nd then instll the softwre. 8 Plylist Editing 8 You cn crete plylists combining imges nd movies however you like. You cn lso dd effects to the plylists nd schedule when they should ply. 9 Plylist Editing 9 Converting Movie Files If your movie file type is not supported, you cn convert the file to supported file type. b c Strt the Epson Projector Content Mnger softwre. Windows 7: Click Strt, select Progrms (or All Progrms), EPSON Projector, nd then click Epson Projector Content Mnger Ver.X.XX. Windows 8.1: Nvigte to the Apps screen nd select Epson Projector Content Mnger Ver.X.XX. Windows 10: Select Strt, EPSON Projector, nd then select Epson Projector Content Mnger Ver.X.XX. Select the Video convert tb. Drg nd drop the trget movie files, specify the Imge qulity settings nd Output pth, nd then click the Strt button. The conversion strts. Files tht Windows Medi Plyer 12 cnnot ply re not supported. If the input file resolution is bove , the output file is resized to fit the resolution. If the output file size is lrger thn 2 GB, the output file is split into multiple files. Sving Plylists to Project You cn crete plylists nd sve them to project tht you cn export to n externl storge device. Strt the Epson Projector Content Mnger softwre. Windows 7: Click Strt, select Progrms (or All Progrms), EPSON Projector, nd then click Epson Projector Content Mnger Ver.X.XX.

10 Plylist Editing 10 b Windows 8.1: Nvigte to the Apps screen nd select Epson Projector Content Mnger Ver.X.XX. Windows 10: Select Strt, EPSON Projector, nd then select Epson Projector Content Mnger Ver.X.XX. The min screen is displyed. Do one of the following: If you re creting project for the first time, enter project nme nd specify the loction in which to sve it in the Crete project tb, nd click the Crete button. If you wnt to select project you hve creted previously, select the Open project tb nd select the project by browsing the folders or using the recently used project list. c The project screen is displyed. Select the folder contining the imges or movie files you wnt to dd to the plylist. To dd imges, click nd select the folder. in the Pictures tb in the Dt list re

11 Plylist Editing 11 To dd movies, switch to the Videos tb, click folder. nd select the d In the Dt list re, select n imge in the Pictures tb or movie in the Videos tb nd click the Add button to dd it to the plylist. In the Select the folder screen displyed fter clicking, only folders re displyed; you cnnot see ny files in the folders. To view informtion bout the supported file type, hover the mouse pointer over Avilble formts. The selected file is displyed in the Detil re. The selected files will be listed in the Imported tb of the Dt list re fter you click the Register button. You cn lso dd files to the plylist by drgging nd dropping them. All imges or movies stored in the folder re displyed in the Dt list re. e Repet step 3 nd 4 s needed to dd more files. To chnge the disply order of files in the plylist, drg nd drop them into the desired order in the Detil re. To delete file from the plylist, hover the mouse pointer over the file nd click displyed on the file.

12 Plylist Editing 12 f Edit the plylist nme in the Detil re if necessry. h Click plylist. to disply the Effect settings screen nd dd effects to the g If you wnt to ssign specific number to the plylist, you cn select it s the Remote fvorite setting. This lets you strt the plylist directly by pressing the corresponding numeric button on the projector's remote control. i Click OK in the Effect settings screen to reflect the effect settings to the plylist.

You cn reorder plylists in the project by drgging nd dropping them in the order you wnt in the List of plylists re. l When you finish dding nd editing ll the plylists in your project, click the Sve button to sve the project. k If you wnt to crete multiple plylists nd dd them to the sme project, click the New button to dd new plylist. Repet steps 3 through 10 for ech plylist you crete. 15 Plylist Editing 15 You cnnot edit stndrd filters such s Circle 1 to Circle 3 nd Rectngle 1 to Rectngle 3. The smple effects imges re displyed. You cn use jpeg, png, or bmp file formt. Only imges with pixels re supported. f Click the Register button to sve the shpe effect filter settings s the Custom filter in the Filter list. e Click the Browse button nd select the imge file which you wnt to use s shpe effect filter.

16 Plylist Editing 16 g Select the Plylists tb nd select plylist. i Select the trget filter nme from Custom 1 to Custom 4 s the Shpe Filter setting. h Click. j Four types of imge effects re displyed. Select the imge effect you wnt to use nd click OK. The Effect settings screen is displyed.

Click the Sve button to close the project. Scheduling Plylists You cn specify when ech plylist strts nd finishes. Scheduling events llows you to: periodiclly repet the sme plylist ply the sme plylist t the sme time on multiple projectors (supported models only) b c Select the Open project tb in the min screen. Select the project by browsing the folders or using the recently used project list. Select the Time tble tb.

18 Plylist Editing 18 d Double-click the dte tht you wnt to schedule events in the clendr. The Synchronize settings setting pplies to the entire project, not to individul plylists. e f g The New event screen is displyed. Select the Plylist nd Time settings, nd then click the Register button. If you wnt to copy the event to nother dy, select the originl dte nd click the Copy button. The Copy screen is displyed nd you cn set the trget dte. If you wnt to repet the sme event over certin period of time, select the originl dte nd click the Repet copy button. The Repet copy screen is displyed nd you cn set the trget period in which you wnt to repet the event nd the dy(s) within tht period. Repet step 4 nd 5 to schedule ny other plylists s necessry. When you re using multiple projectors, click the Synchronize settings button to shre the scheduled events with the other projectors (supported models only). h i Scheduled The Register projector for synchronized plybck screen is displyed. Enter the nme of the other projector nd click the Register button (supported models only). Mke sure the projectors re connected to your network. 19 Exporting Project to n Externl Storge Device 19 You cn export project tht contins plylists to n externl storge device. Depending on the projector, the supported storge devices differ. See your projector User's Guide for detils. You cn export only one project t time to the sme externl storge device. If you export n dditionl project to the sme device, the existing project is overwritten. You cn lso export the project from the project screen. You cn insert the device contining project into the projector so you cn project plylists from the device. b c d e f g Insert n externl storge device into your computer. Strt the Epson Projector Content Mnger softwre. Windows 7: Click Strt, select Progrms (or All Progrms), EPSON Projector, nd then click Epson Projector Content Mnger Ver.X.XX. Windows 8.1: Nvigte to the Apps screen nd select Epson Projector Content Mnger Ver.X.XX. Windows 10: Select Strt, EPSON Projector, nd then select Epson Projector Content Mnger Ver.X.XX. Select the Export tb in the min screen. Select the project by browsing the folders or using the recently used project list. The Export screen is displyed. Select the drive in which you inserted your externl storge device s the Export drive setting nd click the Export button. The export strts. When the export is complete, click Close on the Export progress screen. Remove the externl storge device from your computer.

26 Project Screen 26 Overly Effect Color Filter Lightness Shpe Filter Selects whether to enble n overly effect or not. Select On if you wnt to pply Color Filter, Lightness, nd Shpe Filter settings. You cn lso select the Overly Effect setting nd the size nd position settings for the stndrd shpe effect filters in your projector's menu. See your projector User's Guide for detils. Applies color effect from the list of vilble effects to the plylist. You cn lso select Custom color filter. Lightens or drkens the filter effect. Selects stndrd or customized shpe effect filter, nd blck or white msk or inverted msk setting. (The stndrd shpe effect filters re Circle 1 to Circle 3 nd Rectngle 1 to Rectngle 3.) Project Screen - Shpe Filter Tb When you click the Shpe filter tb in the project screen, the following screen is displyed. You cn customize the shpe effect filters in the Shpe filter tb. A Filter list Displys the list of the shpe effect filters. When you click filter nme, imges using tht shpe effect filter re displyed in the Edit filter re. You cn edit only the Custom 1 to Custom 4 shpe effect filters. B Edit filter Displys the effects of vrious shpe filters on smple imge.

Project Screen - Time Tble Tb When you click the Time tble tb in the project screen, the following screen is displyed. A Cler Clers the settings for the selected shpe effect filter. B Register Sves the settings for the selected shpe effect filter to the project. C Cncel Discrds the chnges for the selected shpe effect filter. D Auto levels Automticlly djusts the intensity levels of the imge tones to emphsize blck nd white. E Originl imge Displys the file pth for the imge you re using s the shpe effect. Click the Browse button to select the file. g Relted Links "Customizing Shpe Effect Filters for Plylist" p.14 A Clendr Select to move to the previous month or yer or select to the next month or yer.
