2 TENDER NOTICE FOR HARDWARE MAINTENANCE The Kerala State Co-Operative Bank Ltd. invites sealed tenders from reputed IT service-oriented companies with IBM Backup support for Annual Maintenance Contract for the Hardware, Network, Printers etc functioning in the Branches and Offices of the Bank. The AMC period from 05 th April 2012 to 04 th April 2013 for one year. Annual Maintenance Contract for the Hardware along with Peripherals and Operating Systems, Printers, Network Devices etc. Details of hardware are given at Annexure 1 of this Tender Document. 2. The tender for AMC is invited for all the items that are included in the configuration, which belongs to bank at all its locations. 3. Tender will not be accepted either for one hardware item or for one location. 4. AMC also includes any technical support to sort out issue on hardware, network, and operating system level. 5. Complete list of current clients for which the Agency/bidder is handling AMC including details for the number of Servers, Printer and other peripherals and the operating systems under which they are running. 3. Proof of Number of years of experience claimed by the Agency. 4. List of other AMC clients handled during the previous two years. 5.
