The Verizon South -Richmond Cat 11 records are sent to Comcast on a daily basis Currently, Comcast receives the CAT 11 records for MA and NH every 7-10 days. Bacause of the size of the file it creates a problem in the processing. By receiving the usage daily the file will be more manageable for processing. Page 25 of 33

This initiative is required to effect the revisions to the business rules to allow for the acceptance of a single LSR to migrate an end user currently served by a CLEC who purchases UNE loops from Verizon to a Reseller provider with or without porting in the telephone number.
