This initiative will also clarify and standardize errors returned to the CLECs. This phase will create three new edits: An edit applied to the DL form, the Listing Instruction section, and the LEX field will generate the error message, LEX must be a valid Verizon NPA/NXX An edit applied to the DL form, the Listing Control section, and the LTY field will generate the error message, LTY existing on profile does not match. An edit applied to the LS form, the Service Detail section, and the SLTN field will generate the error message, DSL service not allowed on ported TN. When ACT=D, Verizon validates only the ATN and EU NAME on the EU Form to ensure we have the correct account. Title: FTP Report Migration Description: This initiative will move reports on current FTP Report platform to a new platform Verizon.com/wholesale web portal. This will eliminate storage, support, maintenance, data privacy and security issues. Flow Through will require that NC/NCI codes be provided on LSR and needs to automate the LSR by using appropriate state specific disconnect IOSCs. Title: Strip Leading Zeros from Fields to Match EDI Specifications Description: Removal of the leading zeros from QTY segments to match EDI standards. In order to maintain consistency in the business rules and all systems this change will apply to the WISE GUI, EDI and CORBA. 01/18/05 08/17/0 Page of 7

New Fields: Administrative/ALI Alpha/Numeric Listing Identifier (This field will provide a cross-reference of the ALI code provided on the inbound DL form to the actual ALI code assigned on the NOCV order. HID Hunt Group Information (This field will return the Hunt Group and will iterate at the Header (LSR) level under the HNTYP and will only include TNs involved in hunting. Additional fields from SARv3 will be moved to SARv 06/15/0 C # Rating =.1 Note: Rating taken from Original CR C , which was implemented in 2/10/03.
