Title: Flow Through to Automate Disconnect Orders Without NC/NCI Code Value Description: The scope of this initiative is to automate Disconnects UNE and UNE-P products when the NC/NCI code is present or not present on the LSR, or the customer profile. Flow Through will require that NC/NCI codes be provided on LSR and needs to automate the LSR by using appropriate state specific disconnect IOSCs. 06/15/0 01/18/05 Page 2 of 6

HID Hunt Group Information (This field will return the Hunt Group and will iterate at the Header (LSR) level under the HNTYP and will only include TNs involved in hunting. This initiative will create new Flow Through Auto Reject edits: An edit applied to the LSR form, Administrative section, and the ATN field will generate the error message, LSR ACTIVITY INVALID, TN IS PORTED on REQTYP=*/V *=EB, MB, BB, NP, PB, CB, MB, BB or NB An edit applied to the appropriate form, Service Detail section, and the TNS field will generate the error message, LSR ACTIVITY INVALID, TN IS PORTED on REQTYP=**/V **=EB, MB or PB An edit applied to the appropriate form, Service Detail section, and the PORTED NBR field will generate the error message, LSR ACTIVITY INVALID, TN IS PORTED on REQTYP=***/V ***=BB or NB This initiative will also change existing edit E05/06FLDH01329 edit. 11/16/0 Page of 6
