Overall = 4.4 STATUS: ending Requirements Description: Eschelon is requesting that Verizon allow CLECs to submit bulk IC changes on resold and UNE- accounts via a system and process similar to that which IXCs use to submit IC changes. Currently, CLECs are required to submit an LSR for each IC change. If a holesale customer has 1200 IC changes, they must submit 1200 LSR. Verizon allow IXCs IC changes to be submitted in batches via a CARE format. Verizon is currently not providing holesale customers the same opportunity to process bulk or batched IC changes in the same manner as IXCs. The validation on the Near Address then drives the telephone number reservation and due date determination. The actual service address is then used on the LSR. Verizon ignores the LSR address and provisions service to the Near Address tied to the re-order transactions.
