2 3 sewer taps unpaid. Accountants believe we re okay in terms of the sewers. Concern if enough money within sewer fund for catastrophic event. In the event sewer fund is depleted from an emergency maintenance event, general fund would cover. Question of why sewer taps could vary in cost and why cost isn t passed on to owner. However, utilities are charged w/ flat rate. Utilities are always a flat rate. Would be difficult to sell land to a buyer not knowing how much the sewer tap is going to cost. A few people never received the bills, some wrong address, some sold. Justin to circulate internally. AR only 2 remaining unpaid dues. Proposed collection policy: Feb: March: April: Lien May: Lawyer. Justin to draft new policy. 7. Neighborhood watch Mark, Jim, Jeff Next neighborhood watch meeting? CPR list and training: 8 respondents, 3 interested in training, send out another about the class? Lt. Moore wanted to come out, possible meeting in March. Possible CPR class in February. 8.
