2 How To Create An

3 Create Account: 1. All Boro supporters will need to create an MFC Digital Account to be able to purchase tickets online. Create an MFC Digital Account by visiting 2. Register with your name, up to date address and the password of your choice. Tick the recaptcha box to confirm you are not a robot and click CONTINUE. 3. An automated will be sent to the address you used to create an account in step 2 above (it may take a few minutes to arrive). 4. View the automated within your provider and click on the Click here to activate your account link (You may need to check your Spam/Junk folder). 5. Upon clicking the link to activate your account, you will be redirected back to the LOGIN/SIGNUP page to confirm that a new MFC Digital Account has been created for you. At this point, you should login by inputting your address and password, tick the recaptcha box to confirm you are not a robot and click LOGIN. 3

4 Creating A Profile And Updating Preferences

5 Create Profile: 1. Login to your MFC Digital Account at using the address and password you used when you created the account, tick the recaptcha box to confirm you are not a robot and click LOGIN. 2. Upon first login, you will be asked to set your preferences on how MFC can communicate with you, including club information such as surveys, ticketing information and newsletters, as well as 3rd party partner information such as competitions, discounts and promotions (you can update your preferences at any time from your PROFILE page). 3. After completing your preferences and on subsequent logins, you will be taken directly to your main PROFILE page where you can edit personal details, update preferences and link your existing eticketing/retail account. 5

6 Linking Accounts

7 Link Accounts: 1. Click on the Link Account Number button at the top of your PROFILE page. 2. If you are yet to fully complete your profile you will be directed to the Update Your Profile page, where you must complete all mandatory fields (marked yellow) before you can link your ticketing account. If you have already completed your profile you will be sent to Step This page will show you the Boro ID (if you are a Season Card holder) or Boro Reference (if you are a non-season Card holder with an eticketing or MFC Official Direct account) associated to the address used to create your MFC Digital Account*. 7

Enter your relevant Boro ID/Boro Reference in the box provided and click the LINK ACCOUNT button*. *If you think the Boro ID or Boro Reference returned by the system is incorrect or it returns multiple numbers and you are unsure which is your correct one, DO NOT LINK AN ACCOUNT. If this occurs, please or phone our MFC Digital Account helpline on which is staffed during office opening hours. Please note that this line is for MFC Digital Account queries only; you will not be able to purchase tickets. 8

10 Purchasing Tickets Online: 1. Visit the mfc.co.uk homepage and click the Buy Tickets link at the top of the page. 2. You will have been taken to the eticketing homepage, where you should click Sign In at the top right corner of the page. 3. If you are not signed in to your MFC Digital Account you will be taken to the Login/ Signup page. Enter your address and password and click the I m not a robot. If you are already signed in you will be taken straight to Step 4. 10

11 4. You will be taken to the Link Account Number page. You should see your Boro ID and then a link saying Click here to visit the ticketing site. Click this. If you do not see your Boro ID, please contact the MFC Digital helpline on or supporters@mfc.co.uk 5. You will arrive at the eticketing page and should be logged in. Your name should appear in the top right corner of the screen, or in the Account section (depending on device). You are now ready to purchase. 6. Once logged into your account, any notifications regarding your existing seat will appear. Click Notifications and progress to purchase your existing 2017/18 Season Card seat for the Play-Off Home Leg. Please Note: Non Season Card Holders or new 2018/19 Season Card Holders will need to select a seat using the interactive seating map. 11

After adding your selected seat to your Basket review your purchase.

12 7. Next screen will show your seats available to purchase. Click Add To Basket and you will be able to review your selection. 8. After adding your selected seat to your Basket review your purchase. After checking all seats are correct please click Proceed To Checkout. Choose your method of payment and follow the remaining instructions. 12

Eticketing Help Guide Activating your account. If you have never purchased a ticket via our eticketing account using your Season Ticket or Gold Membership number then you will need to activate your account
