3 Introduction to WordScript Web Edition Acusis Medical Transcriptionists and Editors use WordScript to transcribe and edit their file. WordScript has all the features of Microsoft Word with the facility of the audio control tool bar for navigation. It is a complete, transcription/editing tool tailored to meet their needs. It is easy to install, you can connect from any PC, it is an online tool and fully secure. WordScript also offers you the flexibility of working on multiple files at the same time. You are allowed to hold a particular file to review it later. You can keep stock and track of all files, line count, and accuracies. WordScript comes with the flexibility to use many options to control the audio (Game port foot pedal, USB port foot pedal, and also functions keys.) It also allows multiple bookmarking with audio linked to the text cursor, one click go to bookmarking, adjust audio speed, playtime indicator, etc. CDFS (Content Driven Formatting System) enables you to work on multiple accounts without the need to remember the formatting specifications of each account which will be taken care by CDFS. It also has SR (Speech Recognition) incorporated. SR files will be automatically pulled into CDFS and you will need to have it edited and place the contents into their respective Sections and Subsections. WordScript Web Edition (WSWE) Page 3

5 HT Job Torrent You are given the privilege to self-allocate files within your designated account(s) using HT Job Torrent. This feature is to boost your convenience and productivity. This tool is used to view the list of files available at any particular time along with other details, such as Hospital, Clinic, Work Type, Doctor, Job Name, Play Time, TAT left, STAT, SR, etc., for you to choose and allocate to yourself. 6 Job Manager It consists of two main options Files and Reports. Files option is used to collect files, send files, view details, etc. The Reports option is used to view the work details, i.e., total lines for a given period and individual file line count and accuracy. You will be alerted on TAT of STAT and NON STAT files depending on the time interval set up by you. WordScript Web Edition (WSWE) Page 6

7 Data Input Window (DIW) The data input window consists of the header information of a particular file. Some fields are filled in automatically. Most of the fields are filled in from Demographic Window. You will need to select only the Report Type from the drop-down list. WordScript Web Edition (WSWE) Page 7

8 DMG Window This is a window used to find the patient demographics. You can search using any criteria as per what is dictated. WordScript Web Edition (WSWE) Page 8

11 Acusis Sample Gateway You can launch Acusis Sample Gateway (ASG) from within WordScript.
