3 Page2 Apple ID An Apple ID is the user name for a free account that lets you access Apple services, such as the itunes Store, the App Store, and icloud. You need only one Apple ID for everything you do with Apple. SERT ipad Apple IDs IDs have been setup for each school, the ID consists of the school s acronym speced (possibly a number followed Password have been given to all Principals and SERTs of the schools. Your ID is: School Name: ID: Password: speced@rccdsb.edu.on.ca Keep password CONFIDENTIAL from students. Students who have been issued ipads as part of their SEA equipment also have an Apple account. With this they as well have a Board address. This account and Apple account is NOT for the student s personal use therefore are NOT given the passwords for these accounts. These accounts belong to SEA as part of the student s claim.

7 Page6 Rear View Sleep/Wake Button: You can lock the ipad by putting it to sleep when you're not using it. When you lock the ipad, nothing happens if you touch the screen, music will continue to play if you have set it up and you can use the volume button. Lock ipad: Press the Sleep/Wake button once. Unlock ipad: Press the Home button or the Sleep/Wake button, and then drag the slider. Turn ipad off: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears. Then drag the onscreen slider to power off ipad.

8 Page7 Turning ipad On: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple Logo appears, let go of button then wait for Slide to unlock appears. If you don't touch the screen for a minute or two, ipad locks automatically. Go to the Home screen: Press the Home Button once. The Dock: The icons that appear on the bottom of the screen on all pages. Up to six icons can be on the dock and can be changed to include the most used Apps. (SCOTutor #3 The Dock 00:59 minute Video)

9 Page8 Multi-Tasking Bar, Display Recently Used Apps: When ipad is unlocked, double-click the Home button. The multitasking bar appears at the bottom of the screen, showing the most recently used apps. Swipe the bar to the left to see and or select more apps. (SCOTutor #5 Using the MultiTasking Bar 00:46 minute Video) Display audio playback / Apple TV and Lock Screen controls: Double-click the Home button and swipe, to the right, until Control Panel screen appears. (SCOTutor #5 Additional MultiTasking Bar Controls 02:45 minute Video) Lock Screen Control (far left): Press to lock in landscape or portrait mode. Brightness: Adjust screen brightness. Audio Control: Rewind Play Fast forward music. Apple TV Control (AirPlay): Press to select ipad or Apple TV (SCOTutor #12 Airplay and Mirroring 02:23 minute Video) Volume Control: Slider control. Music App (far right): Press to open Music library. Note: When you see this icon you can select the Apple TV. Volume Button and Side Switch (Mute) Adjust the Volume: Press the Volume button up or down to increase or decrease the volume. Mute the Sound: Slide Side Switch. When muted red dot can be seen on switch. Set a Volume Limit (optional): Go to Settings > Music > Volume Limit. Note: Volume level and Mute appears on the screen when adjusting.

10 Page9 Charging and Battery Charge the battery: The best way to charge the ipad battery is to connect ipad to a power outlet using the included cable and USB power adapter. The ipad may also charge slowly when you connect it to a USB 2.0 port on your computer. If your Mac or PC doesn't provide enough power to charge ipad, a "Not Charging" message appears in the status bar. Important: The ipad battery may drain instead of charge if ipad is connected to a computer that's turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, to a USB hub, or to the USB port on a keyboard. Charging Status: The battery icon in the upper-right corner of the status bar shows the battery level or charging status. Not Charging Charging Charged Display the Percentage of Battery Charge: Go to Settings > General > Usage and turn on the setting under Battery Usage. Double Check: Check to ensure ipad has been turned off. When plugging in the ipad may turn back on. When the ipad is On and Plugged In the charging rate and time is longer. Note: On a new ipad it may take a couple of battery cycles to obtain maximum battery life. Allow ipad to drain to below 10% a couple of times before re-charging.

11 Page10 Important: If ipad is very low on power, it may display one of the following images, indicating that ipad needs to charge for up to twenty minutes before you can use it. If ipad is extremely low on power, the display may be blank for up to two minutes before one of the low-battery images appears. Replace the Battery: The ipad s rechargeable batteries have a limited number of charge cycles and may eventually need to be replaced. The battery is not user accessible; it can be replaced only by an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Battery Information: ipad has an internal, lithium-ion rechargeable battery. For more information about the battery including tips for maximizing battery life go to The battery does not retain a memory if charged before it is needed. Battery life is based on the number of cycles (times) the battery is recharged. A fully charged battery can last up to 10 hours. Turning on Speak Selection and Adjusting Speaking Rate Speak selection is a great tool that allows the ipad to read selected text in various document formats and Internet sites. Although the pronunciation of some words is not the best this function is still very usable. Using ibooks you can read PDF documents downloaded from W Ross Library or Internet sites such as EQAO. MS Word (DOC & DOCX) files can also be read, with more clarity than PDFs, directly from Cloud drives or opening in other Free Apps such as FileApp. WordPerfect Document (WPD) cannot be used on an ipad without purchasing an App, which is $5.99. Accessing Speech Settings This feature is turned on for the SERT ipads. From Home screen select settings; this icon is in a folder on SERT ipads.

12 Page11 From General scroll down to select Accessibility. Under Vision locate Speak Selection. Touch Speak Selection to view settings. On the SERT ipads this feature is already turned on, although reading speed may need to be adjusted. Toggle button turns speech On or Off. When On the options appear. Dialects Default is U.S. English. Adjusting Speed Slide button to left for slower and right for faster. When you let go a phrase will be spoken close to the speed you will get in a document. Press Home Button to exit settings.

13 Page12 To read a document: Touch and hold screen for 3 to 5 seconds. When you let go a light blue rectangle with 4 blue circles appears. Use the blue circles to stretch the box to cover the text. When you let go you can select the Speak tab at top of box. On some documents a Pause tab will also appear when text is being read. To re-read the selection tap one of the blue circles. The Speak tab will re-appear if not already present.

14 Page13 ibooks ibooks is a free App that manages books and PDFs. The ibooks Store is much like the App Store where there a numerous books for free and that can be purchased. PDFs that have been downloaded are also stored in the library. Menus Across the Top: Store: Select Store button to access the online book store. In the search window you can search by titles or categories (i.e. Free Children s Books).To return to the library select Library button on top left of the Store screen. Collections: Select to sort by Books, Purchased Books or PDFs. Folders can be created by select New and typing in new folder title. Viewing Titles: Titles can be view in a Bookshelf (default) style or List by selecting one of the views on the top right of screen (beside edit). Edit: Selecting edit allows you delete or move selected titles. Reading in ibooks: Once books are opened a top and bottom menu appear. This menu disappears when text is selected to read. Touch screen and menus reappear. Buttons Across the Top: Library: Return to the Bookshelf. Thumbnail View: Views up to 8 small pages at once. Export: or Print book (not setup). Brightness: Adjust screen brightness. Search: Search book for page. Type a number and the page and information on that page appears. Bookmark: Tap bookmark icon to set bookmark. Bookmarked pages(s) can be found in Thumbnail view. Across the Bottom: Displays pages of document, enlarging current page. Reading in ibooks: Reading is the same as indicated in Accessibility Reading Documents. Simply touch onto the screen for a few seconds. When you release a blue box and circles appear. Use the circles to select text, press Speak tab to read. Touch blue circle to select Pause.

15 Page14 Basic Use Apps, Navigation, Organizing Apps and Keyboard Using Apps: You interact with ipad using your fingers to tap, double-tap, swipe, and pinch objects on the touchscreen. Open an App: Tap it. To Exit App: Press the Home button. View Recently used Apps in MultiTasking Bar: Double-click the Home button to reveal the multitasking bar. Tap an App to use it again or swipe left to see more Apps. The most recently used Apps are on the left of the screen. Closing Apps from MultiTasking Bar: With multitasking bar revealed press and hold an App. App begins to jiggle and a minus appears in top left corner of icon. Touch the minus button and App will disappear. It is not necessary to close these Apps, the ipad will automatically start closing Apps if the memory becomes limited. This can be done even if deleting Apps is turned off in the settings. Press Home Button to exit. (SCOTutor Video #5 Closing Applications - 00:46 minute video) Interactive Controls Scrolling: Touch the screen and drag your finger up or down to scroll. On some screens, such as WebPages, you can also scroll side to side. Dragging your finger to scroll doesn't choose or activate anything on the screen. To scroll quickly flick your finger, tap screen to stop. Zooming In or Out: Depending on the app, you may be able to zoom in to enlarge, or zoom out to reduce the image on the screen. Pinch two fingers together to zoom out or spread them apart to zoom in. For photos and WebPages, you can also double-tap (tap twice quickly) to zoom in, then double-tap again to zoom out. For maps, double-tap to zoom in and tap once with two fingers to zoom out.

16 Page15 Portrait and Landscape Orientation: You can view many ipad Apps in either portrait or landscape orientation. Rotate the ipad and the screen automatically (if not locked) adjusts to fit, adjusting to screen to the new orientation. Lock the Screen Orientation: Double-click the Home button, swipe the multitasking bar from left to right, then tap to lock screen in present position. A pad lock appears when locked, as well as in the status bar beside the battery indicator. Lock Option: To use side switch to lock screen orientation under Settings Use Side Switch to: select Lock Rotation. Now the side switch, by the volume control, will lock screen instead of muting sound (SCOTutor Video #5 Additional Multitasking Bar Controls 02:45 minutes, close to the end). Organizing Apps: (SCOTutor Video #3 Managing Applications Icons 01:11 minutes) You can use folders to organize the Apps on your Home screens. Rearrange folders just as you do Apps by dragging them around your Home screens or to the Dock. Jiggling Mode: Tap and Hold Icon until it Jiggles. Organizing Window: While in Jiggle Mode touch and hold the icon and move it to preferred location. Organize Dock Icons: Up to six icons can be in the dock, the seventh icon will return to the screen if you try to put it in. In Jiggle Mode touch and hold desired App icon and drag into the dock. To remove tap and hold then drag App Icon out of the dock. Icons in the dock can be reorganized by tap and hold and drag to preferred order. Move an App to Another Screen: While it's jiggling, drag an App to the side of the screen, wait for next page to appear. (SCOTutor Video #3 Creating Icon Folders 02:12 minutes) Organizing with Folders: You can use folders to organize the Apps on your screens. Re-arrange folders just as you do Apps by tapping, holding and dragging them around your screens. Folders can also be placed in the dock. Create a Folder: Touch and hold an App until to get to jiggle mode, then drag it onto another icon. The ipad creates a new folder that includes the two apps, and names the folder based on the type of apps. To enter a different name, tap the name field and type new folder title.

17 Page16 Open a Folder: Tap the folder. To close a folder, tap outside the folder or press the Home Button. Organize the Folders: While Jiggling move folders around like Apps. Apps inside a folder can be organized as well. Add an App to a Folder: Drag the app onto the folder. Remove an App From a Folder: Open the folder and then drag the App out. Delete a Folder: Move all Apps out of the folder. The folder is automatically deleted. Rename a Folder: Tap to open the folder, then tap the name and enter a new one. When you finish, press the Home button. (Deleting Apps SCOTutor Video #6 Deleting Third Party Apps 00:45 minutes) Rights to Delete: You may not have the rights to delete Apps. Apps will Jiggle but there will not be a minus in the top left corner. To allow deleting Apps go to Settings-General- Restrictions-Enter Passcode-Slide Button to ON beside deleting Apps, Press Home Button to exit Deleting an App: Touch and hold an App until they Jiggle. Touch the minus on the App and confirm deletion. Reset restriction to avoid accidental deletion of Apps.

18 Page17 Keyboard (SCOTutor Video #9 Shortcut &Auto-Capitalisation, International Characters, Undock & Split Keyboard and Keyboard Shortcuts) The ipad s keyboard will appear when screen is tapped while in an App that requires input. Uppercase Letters: Tap the Shift key before tapping a letter. Or touch and hold the Shift key, then slide your finger across the screen (not removing it) to the desired letter. This also works if wanting to select a single number verses changing keyboard to the numbers and back. Quickly Type a Period and Space: Double-tap the space bar at the end of a sentence. Turn on Caps Lock: Double-tap the Shift key. To turn caps lock off, tap the Shift key or press both shift keys. Enter Numbers, Punctuation, or Symbols: Tap the Number key. If selecting only one number touch and hold number key, drag finger across the screen to the number, keyboard defaults back to letters. To see additional punctuation and symbols, from number keyboard tap the Symbol key. To Select Apostrophe Key: You normally have to go to the numbers keyboard. Instead touch and hold the!, key and slide your finger to the apostrophe. Note: The ipad has an automatic spelling corrector and adds the apostrophe for contractions.

19 Page18 Enter Accented Letters or Other Alternate Characters: Touch and hold a key, then slide to choose one of the options. Hide the Onscreen Keyboard: Tap the Keyboard key, bottom right of keyboard. Split Keyboard: Press and hold Keyboard Key and select split, select merge to join together. Or place both index fingers on the keyboard and drag them apart. To join, place index fingers on both keyboards and drag together. Word Prediction (SCOTutor #9 Auto-Corrections) As you are typing a window may appear below your text. In this window a word will appear, the ipad is predicting the word you are typing. The more letters of the word you type the more predictions will appear. To ignore this prediction continue typing. To select the predicted word press the space bar, the word and a space is inserted into the document. Editing (SCOTutor #9 Copy, Cut and Paste and Spelling Corrections) Copy and Paste: Touch and hold word to copy, or double tap screen. When you let go you can select that word, or drag the blue circle to select the words or phrase to copy. Tap where you would like to paste the text and select the paste tab. Editing a Word: Some misspelled words will have reds dots under them. Tap on the word and suggestions may appear. Select one of the suggestions from the tab. If no suggestion appears touch and hold on the word and a window, like a magnifying glass, appears. You can move your finger to place the curser within the word, then use the keyboard to edit the word.

20 Page19 Google Drive New Documents Documents and Spreadsheets can be created in Google Drive and edited on a PC. Locate and open Google Drive. Select + top right of screen. Select New Document or New Spreadsheet. A window opens that is similar to the Ms Word and Excel. New Document New Spreadsheet These documents can be accessed and edited on devices with a Virtual Drive installed. A PC opens the document in a Web based window that looks a lot like what is seen on the ipad.

21 Page20 App Store (SCOTutor Video #6 Using the App Store 08:47 minutes (video is similar)) The App Store is Used to add Apps to an ipad. You can browse, purchase and download Apps specifically designed for ipad, iphone and ipod touch. SERT Accounts: Accounts are setup and ipad is signed into that account. When installing Apps you may be prompted to enter the password affiliated to this account. The App Icon is not visible when in restrictions Installing Apps is OFF. To turn on go to Settings-General-Restrictions-Enter Passcode-Slide Installing Apps to On Press home Button to exit. Even though you are required to enter a password to access the App store I have seen where this has not happened. With open access to the App store anyone can download Apps. App Store Access: Settings-General-Restrictions-Enter Passcode-Slide Installing Apps to On Press home Button to exit. As a precaution turn OFF Installing Apps when finished. To Open App Store: Tap App Store Icon on Home Screen. Across the Top: All Categories: Games, Education, Newsstand, More and Search Store. Selecting education will show education related Apps. Along the Bottom: Featured, Top Charts, Genius, Purchased and Updates. Searching for Apps: Tap Search Store, keyboard pops up, type name of App. Suggestions will appear. Pressing search on the keyboard shows all results. Safari can also be used to search for Apps. Once found select the result with link to and open the App store. App Shopper web site is a good web site for searching for Apps and great deals on Apps.

22 Page21 Apps appear on screen. Pricing appears Many Apps are free but most are only samples of the full paid App. Note: This App has a paid version beside the free version. Narrowing the results can be done by selecting Education under All Categories, and / or under price by selecting Free or Paid. Tapping App (not free or the price) brings that App s information onto the screen. This Includes the price and description and screen shots of features of the App. If this is not the App you are looking for touch screen outside of this window to close it. Pressing Home Button exits the App Store. Purchasing (downloading) App: Once App is found Tap Free or Price button, you are prompted to Install App. If you are not signed into your account you will be prompted. Once selected Installing will appear. On the ipad the same icon will appear while installing. If you have selected more than one App waiting under the App will appear. You can continue searching or Apps or exit and continue working on ipad. Note: The majority of Free Apps (some will have a banner with Lite across them) are a sample of the purchased App. It is a good to try out the App before purchasing the full version. Updates: A red circle with a number in it appears on the top right hand corner of the App Store Icon. This indicates updates for Apps installed on your ipad.

23 Page22 Updating: Tap App Store Icon, from bottom of screen tap Updates. You can Update All or select individual Apps to update. Genius: Turning on Genius looks at the Apps you have already downloaded and automatically suggests similar Apps.. Top Charts: Categorises top Apps. Selections can be narrowed by opening All Categories and selecting an option. Purchased Apps: If an App has been deleted by mistake or the App did not install on another ipad linked to the same account. Open App Store: Select Purchased at bottom of screen, every App that has been purchased appear. Ones with open beside then are on the ipad. The ones with a Cloud beside them are not, or have been deleted from the ipad. Installing Purchased App: From top of window select Not on This ipad. Only Apps that are not installed will appear. Tap cloud beside App and it will begin to install. If you are not signed into your account you will be prompted. Editing or Changing App Store ID: Under Settings select itunes & App Stores. This ipad is signed into an account. Under automatic downloads Music, Apps and Books are turned ON. When you have more than ipad using the same account this automatically downloads Apps selected from the App Store to all of the ipads. This is possible for Free Apps and Apps that do not have a single end user. Most paid Apps presently allow downloading on up to 10 devices, for how long is unknown. For single end user Apps; you must purchase that App from the individual ipad you want it on.

24 Page23 To Change an Account: Touch Apple ID and another Apple ID window appears. Select Sign Out. You are now able to sign in with a different Apple ID account or create a new account. Once you tap in Apple ID the keyboard will pop up. Using More Than one Account on an ipad: As per downloading one purchase from an account to multiple ipads is permitted. At this time sharing Apple Accounts and purchases is permitted but this is possibly changing. You may receive this message indicating restrictions placed on your ipad. To view Apple ID information tap on the Apple ID (see above). From Apple ID window tap View Apple ID.

25 Page24 From this window you can change the Payment Information, tap on Payment Information. Turn on Genius for the App Store. Unsubscribe to notifications from Apple if you are receiving them. Default selection is None. Gift cards are used in this instance. You can change payment type by tapping and then adding credit card information. This information will remain for all App purchases until changed back to none. If you do change payment method I strongly suggest that after a purchase return to this window and change payment instructions back to None! Billing address information is to the Board Office. Add Gift Card Funds to an Apple ID: The SERT ipad presently has $25 credited to the Apple ID account. This can only be applied towards this account and the amount not used does not expire. From Home Screen open Productivity Folder. Tap on itunes App.

26 Page25 Scroll to the bottom of the window until you see a Redeem button. Tap on the Redeem button. Enter the code from the back of the Gift Card Free Apps can be downloaded without any funds in your Apple Account. This can also be done form the App Store when Featured from bottom of screen is selected. Balance Your balance should be indicated at the bottom of this window also but I have not found a way to find it. If you do not have enough funds in your account you will receive a message that you do not have sufficient funds when trying to purchase an App. Managing Account You can also manage you Apple Account on a Mac or PC with itunes.

27 Page26 Camera You can take both still photos and videos. In addition to the isight camera on the back, there's a FaceTime camera on the front for self-portraits. Note: Photos and Videos take up valuable space on the ipad, storage is limited, upload and delete often. (SCOTutor Video #17 Camera and Photos) Accessing Camera: From Home Page select Photography Folder, then Camera App. Take a Photo: Tap or press camera button. Zoom In or Out: Pinch the screen (isight camera only). Change isight to FaceTime Camera: Tap camera button with the two arrows. Options: To display a grid on the screen, tap Options. Take a Screenshot: Press and release the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time. The screenshot is added to your Camera Roll album. Video: Slide camera select button, bottom right on the right of screen, to the right for video camera. Record a Video: Tap the red button on the screen. When the red light is flashing ipad is recording. To stop touch button again. Viewing and Uploading: Photos and videos you take with Camera are saved in your Camera Roll album.

28 Page27 View Your Camera Roll Album: Open Photography folder located on home screen. Select Photos App (yellow flower). The Yellow Flower App also appears, but not in colour, when you wake up your ipad. Pressing the flower icon from wake up window displays a slide show of your camera roll. Slide Show: Show pictures on camera roll in a slide show. Show or Hide the Controls While Viewing a Photo or Video: Tap the screen. Delete a Photo or Video: From camera roll tap dit, top right corner. Tap photos / videos to delete. Select red delete button on top left, select delete photo / video. To Exit: Press Home Button. Upload Photos to Your PC: Connect ipad to your PC using the Lightning to USB cable. Apple ipad windows appears. Select Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard. Select OK and Next. Select or de-select photos. Select Next. Type in a Folder Name, if desired. Option to change destination folder. You can select to delete photos form ipad, recommend for storage on ipad is limited. Select Next. If folder does not exist you will be prompted to create it, select yes. Other Options window appears. Leave Noting selected and select next and finished Disconnect ipad.

29 Page28 Pictures Can Also be Uploaded From the ipad to Virtual Drive When doing this the photos will not be deleted from the ipad, recommend deleted to save space on the ipad. Google Education Drive 30GB of storage is available. Locate Google Drive on ipad and tap to open it. On top left of screen tap + sign. Choose upload Photo or Video. Choose Camera Roll. Select Picture. Repeat until pictures are uploaded. Note: Photos are not deleted from ipad, thus using up storage space. Photos left in a Virtual Drive are also using up limited storage space.

30 Page29 Spotlight Search (SCOTutor Video #7 Searching o your ipad 02:01 minutes) Searching: You can search for Apps on ipad using Spotlight Search, as well as search Wikipedia and the Web. If you have a lot of apps, you might want to use Spotlight to locate and open them. Spotlight Search Window: From Home Screen sweep right to get to the far left screen. Suggestions: As you type suggestions appear for the ipad, Web and Wiki. Touch to select desired result. Press Home Button to exit. Select Search: When the desired result appears you will see the icon, the title and the folders name of where the App is located. Results: For searching A Adobe Reader and FileApp are in a folder called DOC Readers. How to Write A Paragraph is in a folder called writing tools. To open App tap it.

31 Page30 Internet Safari is the Default Web Browser and is similar to any other browser. It can be used to research or to play online games etc... Some online sites require Adobe Flash which is not supported by Safari, see Rover below. Bookmarking and Adding Link to Home Screen: After searching and finding site, select the box with an arrow coming out of it. Located to the left of the www address window. To Add Bookmark: In the window that appears select Bookmark. Select Bookmark. Rename if necessary and save. Before and After.

In the window that appears select Add to Home Screen. Rename if necessary. Select Add. Internet link appears as an App on screen. Folders can be created if more than one link is created.

33 Page32 Puffin Web Browser App The Puffin App is an App that allows access to sites that require Adobe Flash to operate. One Web site that requires Adobe Flash is BookFlix. Locate and open Puffin App. Google Search BookFlix Ontario. Select the results with Grolier and BookFlix in the Web Address. BookFlix Login Screen Appears. Enter the RCCDSB User Name and Password. Home screen of BookFlix appears and selections can be made.

34 Page33 Siri Some Examples of Questions: Siri is a voice-activated App that works with the ipad 4. Siri can understand not just basic commands, but also the jargon that is common in today s language. Siri can both speak back to the user and take dictation and transcribe voice to text. Siri will also respond to your voice when you ask a question. To Activate Siri Press and Hold the Home Button Questions: Where can I get takeout pizza? What is the weather like for tomorrow? What day is Christmas on? Searching the Web: Activate Siri and say search the web for... and the search results appear. Open Devices and Apps: Activate Siri and say open camera and the camera is ready to take a picture. Say open ibooks and ibooks open. Dictation: Siri can also be used for dictation in documents, this example is using Notes that is on all ipads. On the SERT ipad Notes is located in the Productivity folder. Tap on screen to open keyboard. Tap the microphone key beside spacebar, dictate sentence etc... When finished tap the microphone again. In a few seconds the text appears in the document. Commands for Siri Dictation: "Period" It includes a space after the period, so you are ready for your next sentence. "Question Mark" The "?" also includes a trailing space. "New Paragraph" This keyword phrase starts a new paragraph. Remember to end the previous sentence before beginning the new paragraph. "Exclamation Point" The "!" includes a trailing space. "Comma" The "," includes a trailing space. "Colon" The ";" includes a trailing space. "Semi-Colon" The ":" includes a trailing space. "Elipsis" The "..." includes a trailing space.

39 Page38 Google Drive - Installing Google Drive PC Google Drive is an online storage which creates a Google Drive folder in your PCs My Document folder. Files placed in that folder syncs with all the devices (ipad, Mac, PC...) that have your Google Drive account installed on. Note: Have not been able to install Google Drive on a PC using the School Board s Internet. Once you have created a Gmail Account, search internet for Google Drive download. Select Go to Google Drive. Select Sign Up. Select Download Google Drive on PC. Select Download Google Drive. Select Accept and Agree. Google drive will download, takes a few minutes. Select Close when prompted.
