4 Compatibility This version of the Modelithics SELECT library is compatible with the following simulator versions: Cadence Virtuoso IC6.1.7 Operating System Linux Format 64bit Spectre Operating System Linux Format 64bit

5 Licensing The Modelithics SELECT library and all of its components require a license to simulate. Version 17.0 of the Modelithics library does requires an updated (v17) license file. A free license is included in the installation. If you need an update license or would like a floating license contact the Modelithics sales team. This release uses FLEXlm version If you have a floating license you MUST update the FLEXlm binaries (lmgrd and mdlx vendor daemon). This is the same version used in v16. For floating license users please make sure that both the lmgrd and mdlx vendor daemon are version See the log file entries below for checking the version information. 9:09:14 (lmgrd) FlexNet Licensing (v build x64_n6)... 9:09:14 (mdlx) FlexNet Licensing version v build x64_n6 For dongle locked license holders the required driver version is 6.65 or later. 6 SELECT Library The Modelithics SELECT Library is a free collection of models from the other Modelithics libraries as well as some additional models. The SELECT library includes capacitors, resistors, inductors, amplifiers, diodes and filters. The models in this library utilize are same high-standards for measurements and extraction to provide a quality component. The models also include features such as substrate scaling, pad scaling, bias dependence and temperature scaling. Recent updates include the addition of X- Parameters* models. This is the initial release of the SELECT library in Cadence with the typical features associated with our library. Legacy models are also include for completeness so users with existing designs in other simulators can easily port to the Cadence library.
