2 Decription The pre fit controller ML85C wa pecially developed for monitoring fitting procee with the aim of enuring quality already during production. It monitor for example the phyical quantitie force and diplacement, together with their inter relationhip. orce/diplacement coure are evaluated uing the tolerance window method. Depending on the application, you can chooe between four method. Thee method have been pecially developed for pre fit procee. Pre fit monitoring with the MGCplu meaurement ytem offer the following advantage, in addition to it 100% quality control: faulty connection are recognied even during the fitting proce avoidance of machine and tool damage tatitic proce control optimum proce control and high proce ecurity through proce viualization ervice friendline i enured through the modular tructure HBM offer the complete olution from the tranducer through the meaurement electronic to the evaluation oftware. Up to five module can be intalled in one MGCplu houing. The ML85C pre fit monitoring module work with all ingle channel amplifier. Aement of the pre fit proce The fitting window upervie the actual pre fit tak. You may define up to 6 fitting window. 4 aement method are available for the evaluation: max itting window, rectangle N N N min left right Evaluation: coure of curve Evaluation: coure of curve The curve mut enter the fitting window at the ide, mut not tray outide max and min and mut leave the window at the ide again. 3 Evaluation The following window are ued for the evaluation: 1 alarm limit Limit at which an alarm will be triggered. Thi window i ued for the protection of the motor. 1 range window Define the overall range of the force/diplacement diagram within which all other tolerance window lie. 1 thread in window or evaluating the alignment phae, which i when the fitting piece are initially brought into contact and aligned. 1 6 fitting window or evaluating the fitting proce. 1 end window or evaluating the end phae of the fitting proce and terminating meaurement. The relative ytem of coordinate i ued when the abolute poition of the fitting piece (e.g. bearing/haft) i not alway conitent. 4 Evaluation of curve with force relative window The curve below might reult from teting a locking lever for teering column, for example. In uch clamping procee it i important that the force increae teadily, reache a maximum value (which i within a defined tolerance range) and then fall off again (engagement poition). To evaluate thi proce you define fitting window 3 and 4 relative to max or min of fitting window 2.
