3 The firt tep. The lug/cable aembly i inerted into the R800 and puhed into poition. The aembly tool i inerted through the 200 amp interface and engaged in the bolt. Note the bolt i in the receed poition. 600-amp elbow and 200-amp tap plug already molded together into one convenient unit!

4 The econd tep. The bolt i now puhed through the lug hole into the forward poition. The bolt will tay in the forward poition holding the lug/cable aembly in place. 5 The lat tep. The bolt ha been tightened to the proper torque uing the aembly tool. The inulating cap i intalled. The intallation i complete. More reliable Sweat, dirt, water or any contaminant on the operating interface during intallation may lead to failure. By molding the elbow and the LRTP together in the factory, we are able to tet the interface combination before hipping it you.
