Applicatin prcess The applicatin prcess is segmented int the fllwing steps: Transmissin f the cmpleted applicatin dcuments by t the pma Certificatin Bdy (zertifzierung@p-m-a.at) Applicatin frm Prject Directr IPMA Level A Self-assessment Prject Directr IPMA Level A Executive Summary Reprt Prject Directr IPMA Level A Review f the submitted applicatin frm by the Certificatin Bdy Admissin t the certificatin by the Certificatin Bdy Yu can dwnlad all applicatin dcuments frm the website. 2.1 Payment details The current list f certificatin fees can be fund n the website. If the PM certificatin prcess is nt cmpleted ne year after authrisatin (nt including resits) the authrisatin will expire. In case f a new start n the PM certificatin prcess the full amunt f the PM certificatin fee is t be paid. In case f withdrawal frm the PM certificatin befre admissin, a cancellatin fee f EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 23.00) will be charged as due; after authrisatin the ttal certificatin fee is due. In case f the exam date being pstpned, an administrative fee f EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 23.00) will be charged. In case f a nn-fulfilment f the requirements f the respective PM certifiatin level r f a nnfulfilment f the requirements withn 1.5 mnths respectively, an administratin fee f EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 23.00) will be charged. In the event f a fail the candidate may resit the certificatin at the earliest 12 mnths after the failed attempt but n later than 18 mnths thereafter. In exceptinal cases the assessrs may shrten the resit perid. A resit includes all cmpnents f the certificatin (reprt und interview). T resit the PM certificatin as Prject Directr we will charge: EUR 1, (= EUR % VAT EUR 99.00) The entire prcess has t be cmpleted within 1.5 years after participatin in the first exam. In case f a new start n the PM certificatin prcress the full amunt f the PM certificatin fee is t be paid. Fr the issue f a secnd certificat we will charge: EUR (= EUR % VAT EUR 1.50) Yu will receive the invice apprximately 3 mnths previus t the certificatin date by pst r . The invice is due within 14 days f the invice date withut deductin. We reserve the right t exclude the candidate frm the certificatin prcess if the invice(s) is/are nt paid. 5 3. Certificatin briefing The certificatin briefing, during which the certificatin prcess (reprt/certificatin day) is discussed in detail, is mandatry. The certificatin briefing is agreed individually with the assessr. 4. Reprt prcess The reprt prcess is segmented int the fllwing steps: The preparatin and submissin f the reprt t the assessr by the candidate via t the pma Certificatin Bdy (zertifizierung@p-m-a.at) Transmissin f feedback n the reprt by the assessr, by 4.1 Reprt Management summary f the mega prject with individual selectin f PM plans. We generally recmmend using the PM methds and plans f the currently valid pm baseline. Please use yur prject plans "as is" fr the reprt and, if necessary, deal with any differences t the PM methds and plans f the pm baseline. Relevant explanatins f the PM plans must be given directly in the reprt in the plans, as well as direct references t ther/cnnected PM plans, if necessary. Additinally, shrt descriptin f stakehlders, aims, results, resurces. Presentatin f prject management in the rganizatin. Interpretatin f the cmpetences (using the STAR methd) f the mega prject (a selectin f all 3 cmpetence areas is explained and defined in mre detail in the certificatin briefing).
