In the exmple, the contct is closed in positions 1-2- to the left nd -4 to the right

10 UsE nd mintenne InsTrUTIOns The Juliet joystick is n electromechnicl device for device for low voltge control circuits (EN , EN ) for use s electric equipment on mchines (EN 624-1) in complince with the fundmentl requirements of the Low Voltge Directive 214/5/UE nd of the Mchine Directive 26/42/E. The Juliet joystick is designed for use in industril environments with even very severe climtic conditions (working tempertures from -25 to +7 nd is suitble for use in tropicl environments). The equipment is not suitble for use in environments with potentilly explosive tmosphere, in the presence of corrosive gents or high percentge of sodium chloride (sline mist). ontct with oil, cids nd solvents my dmge the equipment; void using them for clening. The terminl bord (17)* is designed for the uxiliry control of contcts or electromgnetic chrges in generl (clss of use A-15 in ccordnce with EN ). Do not oil or grese the control elements () or the bord (17). With regrd to the conditions for instlltion, use nd evlution of the essentil requisite for sfety nd the protection of helth, the joystick must be instlled so s to ensure dequte protection of the equipment in generl, nd the ctive prts in prticulr (protection ginst electrocution nd ginst the penetrtion of solid bodies nd liquids). Instlltion of the Juliet joystick should be done by competent, trined personnel. The electric wiring must be done in workmnlike mnner in complince with the regultions in force. efore performing instlltion nd mintennce of the Juliet joystick, disconnect the mchine from the power mins. Opertions for correct instlltion of the joystick - Remove the bellows (1) from the lever guide (4) on the joystick. - Unscrew the bellows (1) from the rod (24). - Remove the lever guide (4) from the joystick by unscrewing the four screws (-26). - Insert the joystick in the hole on the support (the support hs thickness of mm with hole Ø 4 mm). - Fsten the lever guide (4) with the four screws (-26) (tke cre to ssemble it in the proper direction reltive to the joystick movement). - Fsten the bellows (1) on the rod (24) of the joystick nd reposition the bellows correctly (1) (tke cre to joint the threds of the lever nd knob correctly without forcing, nd screw the knob to the limit of the threding). - Assemble the bellows (1) on the joystick positioning them under the lever guide (4) (tke cre to position the bellows correctly under the drive lever to ensure n even compression surfce between the bellows nd the support). - Turn the joystick in the desired direction nd fsten with the four screws (7) on the support (the screws must be fstened evenly to ensure correct pressure nd sel between bellows nd support). - Strip the multi-pole cble for length suficient for electricl connection with connector on the bord (17). - Tpe the initil stripped prt of the cble. - Fsten the multi-pole cble so s to prevent the possibility of externl trction on the connections. - Proceed to wire the connectors to their terminls s shown in the wiring digrm. Opertions of routine mintennce - heck the correct tightening of the screws (7) fstening the joystick to the support. - heck the conditions of the wires. - heck the conditions of the bellows (1) on the joystick. Any chnge to prts of the joystick will invlidte the rting plte dt nd identiiction of the device, nd render the wrrnty null nd void. In cse of replcement of ny prt, use only originl replcements.
