G-Boost cellulr signl booster will need power source of 90~264 V with 2-pole socket t the minimum, 110~220 V power source will be preferred. G-Boost cellulr signl booster is designed to boost the cellulr signls on your premise, however, its performnce cn be impcted by the presence of solid wlls or other forms of wireless signl shield round it. If your premise is too lrge to be covered by one single repeter lone, plese put the booster where the mobile signl coverge is needed the most. You cn simply put the bse unit on tble, desk or shelf, or you cn mount it ginst wll with screws tht go through the rings on the 4 corners of the bse unit. The booster coverge cn esily be blocked by concrete wlls, so plese mke sure there is no wll between the booster bse unit nd the plce where you wnt to get good signls. Step 2: Find loction for the outside ntenn. The loction for the reception ntenn should meet the following criteri: 1) It should be n outdoor spce with wll ginst which the ntenn cn mount; 2) It should be loction where the cellulr network signl is the strongest. If you re unsure bout it, plese check the signl indictor (brs) on your cell phone disply round your premise. A desired loction for the outside ntenn is where your cell phone cn get 3 or 4 brs; n cceptble loction is where your cell phone cn get 1 or 2 brs; the outside ntenn will need the signl strength of t lest 1 br to work. The signl brs on your cell phone disply my tke up to 30 seconds to reset to new signl reding, so plese be ptient while you check the signl br redings. 3) It should be seprted from the loction you choose for the bse unit by solid wll or other kind of solid shield to llow proper functioning of both prts; 4) It should be no more thn 30 feet wy from the loction you choose for the bse unit, otherwise you will need to get n ntenn cble extension (plese visit mde-in-chin.com for extension options); 5) It should be t lest 10 feet wy from ny lightening rode. Tips for nding out the exct signl strength in loction: Android phone users (for OS version 6.0 nd up): tke out your phone, go to Settings > About Phone > Sttus > SIM sttus, you will see signl strength vlue under Signl strength, the vlue is negtive number followed by the mesurement unit dbm. In most plces the vlue my rnge from -30 to -110, with -30 indicting very strong signl nd -110 indicting wekest signls. The vlue refreshes bout every 30 seconds, so you my need to sty while in plce to determine the ctul signl strength there. IOS phone users: tke out your phone, turn off WIFI nd LTE networks (you my turn off WIFI in Settings > WLAN nd turn off LTE in Settings > Cellulr ), go to your Keypd, press *3001#12345#*, then press the Cll button, Field Test screen will pper. The negtive number is the signl strength vlue nd the sme rules for strong nd wek signls s described for Android phone users lso pply here. If you see Bck to Phone insted of number, just press the power button on your phone to lock your phone nd the upper left corner of the lock screen will lwys show the signl strength vlue number. To exit the eld test mode, simple press the Home button on your phone. When you hve decided the loction of the outside ntenn, plese instll it through the steps below. For Pnel Antenn: 1) Plese nd smooth nd stble spot on the wll out of the rech of smll children or fmily pet; 2) Tke the brcket out of the outside ntenn instlltion kit, position the brcket on tht spot nd mrk the 4 screw holes with pencil; Screw Holes Screw Holes 3) Drill 4 holes of 4mm in dimeter where you mrked; 4) Insert the plstic screw nchors tht come with the instlltion kit into the hole, plese mke sure they re ll the wy into the wll nd leve no prt outside; 5) Line up the brcket with the screw nchors, mount the brcket ginst the wll using the 4 screws in the instlltion kit, mke sure the opening of the brcket is fcing up; Screw Anchors Wll Sideview Drive screws into the nchors to secure the brcket The brcket opening is fcing up 6) Mount the outside ntenn on the brcket, mke sure the crdle plte on the bck of the ntenn is pressed ll the wy down the brcket so tht the ntenn will sty stble; 7) Connect one end of the outside ntenn cble to the ntenn led cble on the outside ntenn; 8) Route the outside ntenn s desired to the loction of the booster bse unit nd connect the other end of the outside ntenn cble to the Interfce C on the bse unit. Pole ring nuts (x2) 1) Plese nd or set up stedy pole on your premise, preferbly with dimeter of inches. 2) Tke the pole brcelet nd the pole brcelet holder out of the box, tke the nuts off the pole brcelet nd put the nuts side for lter usge; 3) Put the pole brcelet round the pole t your desired height, plce the pole brcelet holder on the legs of the pole brcelet nd mke sure the ovl side of the pole brcelet holder is fcing the pole; 4) Insert the pole brcelet legs into the holes on the reception ntenn mounting brcelets, mke sure the ntenn is plced in wy tht the 2 holes on the ntenn body re fcing DOWN nd the ntenn is pointing to the nerest cell phone tower or the direction from which you get the best cell phone signls; 5) Screw the nuts onto the pole brcelet legs t tightly s you cn. You my lso mount the outside ntenn on wll. 1) Plese mke sure the wll on which you wnt to mount the ntenn is solid nd stble; 2) Drill 2 holes of 5mm on the wll t your desired height, the holes should be t the sme height nd 2 inches prt from ech other; 3) Put the reception ntenn bolts into the holes on the wll, tp them gently rstly to drive the nchors to the bottom of the holes nd then give 2-3 solid blows to compct the led completely; Pge 5 of 10

Reception ntenn 4) Plce the ntenn mounting rck over the bolts in wy tht the 2 holes on the ntenn body re fcing DOWN; 5) Screw the nuts onto the bolts tightly. Step 3: Attch the inside ntenn. 1) Connect the end of the inside ntenn code to Interfce A of the bse unit; 2) Choose loction for the inside ntenn: the loction should be close to where you wnt better cellulr signls, t lest 20 feet wy from the outside ntenn nd t lest 20 inches wy from the bse unit; the loction should provide smooth surfce to support the inside ntenn; 3) Plce the inside ntenn t the loction chosen, mke sure tht the inside ntenn points to the direction where you wnt better cellulr signl nd DOES NOT point to either the bse unit or the outside ntenn. It is recommended tht you keep your mobile devices such s your cell phone 6.6 feet wy from the inside ntenn. Step 4: Plug in the power dptor. The power dptor should be plugged into regulr home power socket nd then ttched to the Interfce B of the bse unit. The whole device will be turned on utomticlly when you plug in the power code. The device will need 30 seconds to con gure itself every time it is powered on. Plese do not use your cell phone in these 30 seconds so s not to interfere with the device. During the self-con gurtion process, the 4 LED indictors on the bse unit will light up nd sh for few seconds. When the self-con gurtion is completed, the indictors should be ll green. LED Indictors Now your signl booster is well set up, enjoy the better thn ever cell phone reception on your premise. Pge 6 of 10

You my lso contct your cell phone service provider to nd out the frequency bnd(s) used in your re. The LED indictors re good indictions of ll most ll possible issues you my run into. When the booster is working properly, the indictors should be ll green. If one or more indictors turn ornge or red, plese use the following tble to x the problem: Indictor Sttus Dignose Solution Sty off Ornge Red No Power The blue control knobs re set to the "Off" position. When there is no cell phone in use in the re covered by the booster: The booster is overloded, i.e., the crrier network signls fed to the booster re too strong for the booster to work properly, hence the booster turns into AGC sttus. When cell phone is being used in close proximity of the booster: The signls from the cell phone overlods the inside ntenn interfce of the booster nd send the booster into AGC sttus. When there is no cell phone in use in the re covered by the booster, nd the indictor will turn ornge if you turn the knob stright bove the indictor counterclockwise by 180 degree nd restrt the booster: The booster is overloded, i.e., the crrier network signls fed to the booster re too strong for the booster to work properly nd exceed the AGC rnge of the booster, hence the booster utomticlly shuts down. 1. Connect the power dptor to n lternte power source; 2. Check the power source to mke sure it is not switched off; 3. Check whether the power dptor is properly connected to the bse unit; 4. If the indictors still sty off fter the three steps bove, plese contct our Customer Service for further ssistnce. Turn the knobs clockwise until the indictors turn green. 1. Turn the knob stright bove the ornge LED indictor counterclockwise in smll increments until the indictor turns green. Plese note tht the booster gin nd booster coverge will lso shrink in the process. 2. Alterntively, you my move the outside ntenn round until the indictor turns green. This will keep the booster coverge re unchnged. 3. If ny of the solutions bove does not work lone, you my try them together, i.e., turn the knob while moving the outside ntenn round until the indictor turns green. 4. If the indictor still stys ornge fter you ve tried the three solutions bove, plese contct our Customer Service for further ssistnce. Move the cell phone few steps wy from the inside ntenn of the booster when the cell phone is in use. 1. Turn the knob stright bove the red LED indictor counterclockwise in smll increments nd restrt the booster every time fter turn until the indictor turns green. Plese note tht the coverge of the booster will shrink fter such djustment. 2. Alterntively, you my move the outside ntenn round nd restrt the booster fter every move until the indictor turns green. This will keep the booster coverge re unchnged. 3. If ny of the solutions bove does not work lone, you my try them together, i.e., turn the knob while moving the outside ntenn round, restrt the booster every time fter the djustment until the indictor turns green. Indictor Sttus Dignose Solutions When cell phone is being used in close proximity of the booster: The signls from the cell phone overlods the inside ntenn interfce of the booster beyond the AGC rnge, hence the booster utomticlly shuts down. Move the cell phone few steps wy from the inside ntenn of the booster nd restrt the booster. Red Green nd Flshing Green nd Stble The outside ntenn nd the inside ntenn re too close to ech other, hence the booster goes into self-oscilltion sttus. The booster is powered nd working properly; however, there is no user in one or more bnds (s indicted by the shing indictors), the booster hs sent such bnds into Uplink Inctivity mode. The booster is powered nd working properly. 1. Plce the outside ntenn nd the booster bse unit s fr wy from ech other s possible, preferbly with wll between the two ntenns, then restrt the booster. 2. You my lso turn the control knob right bove the red indictor counterclockwise to reduce the gin on the bnd while incresing the distnce between, nd restrt the booster every time fter the djustment until the indictor turns green. 3.
