5 2. JLR SupplyOnline Slutin Manual Detail 2.1 Purpse The purpse f this user manual is t describe the functin detail f JLR SUPPLYONLINE Applicatin. 6 2.4.2 Frecast Wrk Flw There are 2 status f Frecast: New and Expired New: Frecast is in New status while Frecast infrmatin is synced frm JLR SAP t JLR SupplyOnline Applicatin Expired : Frecast is in Expired status after the existing Frecast infrmatin is synced again frm JLR SAP t JLR SupplyOnline Applicatin Wrk Step Frecast Query Clicking Frecast > Frecast Query frm My Menu. User is able t view all new status Frecast if there is any Frecast Query Input search criteria, Click Search Buttn, the frecast matched with the cnditin will display in the search result. User is able t view the deatil infrmatin f the Delivery Schedule ASN Management Wrk flw There are 2 status f ASN delivery status: Waiting Delivery and Delivered Waiting Delivery: ASN is in Waiting Delivery status while Delivery Schedule has nt been shipped r is partly shipped (which means the unshipped Qty is mre than 0). Delivered: ASN is in Delivered status after Delivery Schedule has been cmpletely shipped (which means the unshipped Qty is 0). There are 3 status f ASN status: Draft, Validated, and Published Draft: ASN is created withut sending t JLR SAP. Validated: ASN is created and being validated by clicking Validate buttn n the Tab Label Print. Published: ASN is created and sending t JLR SAP Wrk Step ASN Create Page 10 f 19

11 Clicking ASN Management> ASN Create frm My Menu. User is able t view all delivery status Delivery Schedule if there is any ASN Create - Query Input search criteria, Click Search Buttn, the Delivery Schedule matched with the cnditin will display in the search result. Input search criteria, Click Reset Buttn, all inputted search criteria infrmatin will be cleared ASN Create - Dwnlad 1) Clicking ASN Management > ASN Create frm My Menu. 2) Input search criteria, Click Search Buttn, the Delivery Schedule(s) matched with the cnditin display in the search result. 3) Click Dwnlad buttn, asking fr pen/save Excel file display. 4) Open/Save t view the ASN Create Query infrmatin frm XLS file. 12 Create ASN 1) Clicking ASN Management > ASN Create frm My Menu. 2) Select Delivery Schedule in waiting delivery status and click Create ASN buttn. 3) ASN Management>ASN Create>ASN Detail Tab page displays. 4) Input all required fields, and click Submit & Maintain Packaging buttn, ASN Management>ASN Create>Packaging Detail Tab page displays. Ntes: If User want t add/delete a rw f ASN, Click Add/Delete buttn under Actin. 5) Key in/dwnlad & Uplad/Generate Label t generate Bx Label N. & Pallet Label N. Click Next buttn, ASN Management>ASN Create>General Infrmatin Tab page displays. Please nte! The rule is either supplier puts their wn SSCC cmpliant nly number range r use the range that JLR has prvided by using 'generate HU label' functinality in prtal. Page 12 f 19

13 6) Input all required fields, and click Save and Preview buttn, ASN Management>ASN Create>Label Print Tab page displays. 7) Click Validate buttn t validate that all required fields are filled in and meet criterin. 8) Click Delivery Nte Link, and Delivery Nte.PDF will be dwnladed as PDF file. 14 Click HU Label(Bx) Link, HU Label(Bx).PDF will be dwnladed as PDF file. Click Label(Bx) Small Link, Label(Bx) Small.PDF will be dwnladed as PDF file. Page 14 f 19

15 Click Pallet Label Link, Pallet Label.PDF will be dwnladed as PDF file. Ntes: The whle Label shuld be dwnladed and printed after sending ASN n ASN Query. 9) Click Send ASN buttn t send ASN ASN Query Clicking ASN Management> ASN Query frm My Menu. User is able t view the deatil infrmatin f the ASN and cntiune any peratin ASN Query Label Print User is able t print HU Label(Bx), HU Label(Bx) Small, HU Label(Pallet), Delivery Nte and related Label in ASN Query t. By clicking the Dwnlad Link under HU Label(Bx), HU Label(Bx) is able t be dwnladed t print. By clicking the Dwnlad Link under HU Label(Bx) Small, HU Label(Bx) Small is able t be dwnladed t print. By clicking the Dwnlad Link under HU Label(Pallet), HU Label(Pallet) is able t be dwnladed t print. By clicking the Dwnlad Link under Delivery Nte, Delivery Nte is able t be dwnladed t print. 18 When ASN is in Draft status, click the ASN N. Link. If is already n the Tab Label Print, 4 PDF files can been dwnladed as well. When ASN is in Validated r Published status, click the Dwnlad Link n ASN Query page Master Data Wrk Step Clicking Master Data> Packaging Master Data frm My Menu. User is able t view all Packaging if there is any Packaging Query Input search criteria, Click Search Buttn, the Packaging matched with the cnditin will display in the search result. Input search criteria, Click Reset Buttn, all inputted search criteria infrmatin will be cleared Packaging Dwnlad 1) Clicking Master Data > Packaging Master Data frm My Menu. 2) Input search criteria, Click Search Buttn, the Packaging(s) matched with the cnditin display in the search result. 3) Click Dwnlad buttn, asking fr pen/save Excel file display.
