Dwnlad T: Type the drive and flder t which the indicated files are t be dwnladed t (e.g., C:\FANMaildwnlads). Dwnlad buttn: Click t dwnlad selected files. Remve buttn: Click t delete selected files. Yu can select individual management cmpanies r view all cmpanies by selecting All Management Cmpanies. Yu can select multiple management cmpanies by pressing CTRL while clicking the management cmpanies that yu want t view. Page 5

Retrieve: Click this buttn t view the results f the specified search query. File List Check All: Click t select all available files. Uncheck All: Click t deselect all available files. Files Displayed: The number f files that matched yur specified search criteria. Mgmt Cmpany: The name f the management cmpany sending the data. File Type: Descriptin f data within the file. Recrds: Number f lines n the file. Date: The supersheet date f the file. File Name: The riginal name f the file. All FAN Mail generated files use the fllwing naming cnventin. Page 6
