Due to the weight of the surround we reommend tht two people re ville for ssemly. PREPARATION We reommend dringe test is rried out efore try is tiled in. Plese red omplete instlltion instrutions efore fitting. Ensure top of try is level, try should e let into wll with tiling lip fe flush with the wll to llow tiling to overlp tiling lip. The ssemly should e instlled onto wterproof wll overing nd instlled fter the Try nd wll overings re in ple. Crefully remove ssemly from rton, do not ple glss on hrd floor or expose edges to impt. Ensure top of try is level. Sel etween try nd tiles. Remove ny exess selnt from the re/joint etween the try nd tiles where the Wll Mount will e fitted this will ensure the Wll Mount fits orretly to the wll nd try. CAUTION: TEMPERED GLASS CANNOT BE CUT, POLISHED METAL AND CHROME CAN BE SCRATCHED. 3 PRE-INSTALLATION Approx 925mm of Flexile tue should extend eyond try onnetor COLD Cut-out to enle flexile hoses to turn under the try without kinking. Cut depth min 50mm elow try Ø30 Ø HOT (WCD/WCR500) 60 (WCD/WCR700) Dimensions to Centre of Dimeters. Servie re ut-out detil for Corner nd Reess try footprint is the sme, ove digrm suitle for ll models. Before instlling the try ensure tht hot nd old wter inlets nd wste outlet re plumed into the Servie re redy for onnetion. Tke re not to kink the Hot nd Cold flexile pipes when hndling. It is dvisle to onnet Isoltion Vlves to the Hot nd Cold Wter Inlet. Remove nd set side the Hth lid, Seling ring nd fixings, tking re not to loose the fixing orings (). STAGE HOT COLD - BLUE x COLD INLET COLD /2 BSP RED - HOT x HOT INLET Instll the try, ensuring the try is solutely level nd orretly let into the wll with the tiling lip fe flush with the wll to llow the tiling to overlp tiling lip. Connet the Hot nd Cold Flexile pipes (ftory fitted to the try) to the hot nd old Isoltion vlves in the Servie re. Importnt- Chek Hot flexile is to the right-hnd side of try onnetor from the inside of the try ().

4 STAGE 2 WCR500/700RH WCD500/700RH GASKET d 37mm = x 4 (WCD) x 3 (WCR) This stge is desriing the Wll mount instlltion nd fitting of the Glss lmps. Fit the Wll mount foot (Kit of prts) to the ottom of the Wll Mount (2) (Wll Mount foot is hnded,oth LH nd RH re provided in Kit of prts). Position the Wll mount on to the wll 37mm horizontlly wy from the top outside rdius of the try with the Ovl holes fing into the try (2). Plum the Wll mount for upright nd mrk the fixing holes on the wll in the entre of the slots in the k fe of the Wll mount. Drill the fixing holes in the wll nd insert the Wll plugs. Clen the re where the Wll Mount is to e fitted. Apply Silion selnt to the re ehind the Wll mount etween the try nd the tiles nd 00mm up the wll, entrl to the width of the Wll mount (2). Fit the Wll mount with the 5 No. 8 x 32mm Pn hed srews (2) (Kit of Prts). To fit the Glss lmps (Kit of prts) - Lift out nd set side the Inner lmp ssemly to expose the ovl slot (2). Fit the Glss lmps to the ftory fitted try fixings using the M5 x 0 Csk soket srew (Kit of prts) ensuring the ottom of the lmp sits onto the floor of the try (2). Ressemle the Inner lmp ssemlies. Importnt, hek tht the Blk glss gskets re fitted to eh lmp ssemly to protet the glss edges (2). As guide the fe where the ottom of the glss touhes the Blk Glss Clmp gskets should e level with the mrker line on the Glss Clmp ody (2d).

5 STAGE 3 x 2 d x 2 WCR500/780RH WCD500/780LH This stge is desriing the fitting of the Corner wll pnel/ Reess wll pnel. We reommend 2 people re ville for this stge. The Shower Mixer is lwys hnded to the right hnd side of the produt (looking from the outside). If fitting WCD/WCR500/700LH plese remove nd refully set side the U shped Inlet over from the Corner efore proeeding (3). Crefully lower the Corner/Reess pnel into the Wll mount nd into the 2 x Glss lmps fitted to the try, ensuring the edges of the glss re sndwihed etween the Blk glss lmp gskets. Seure the Corner/Reess wll pnel to the Wll mount using the 5 x No.8 x 0mm Pn hed srews (3). Chek the pnel for upright, front to k nd left to right. If the pnel needs djusting rise nd lower the Glss lmps using the soket set srew in the top of the Glss lmps (3). Seure the Pnel to the Glss lmps y tightening the Soket set srews with the Aln key provided (3d).

6 STAGE 4 e CENTRAL EXTRUSION d This stge is desriing the fitting of the Entrne pnel. Model ove shows Curved Corner, instlltion of the Entrne pnel is the sme for Reess enlosure. We reommend 2 people re ville for this stge. If fitting WCD500/700RH plese remove nd refully set side the U shped Inlet over from the Corner efore proeeding (4). Apply 3mm ontinuous ed of Silion selnt into the U shped hnnel of the Centrl extrusion (4). Crefully lower the Entrne Pnel into the try nd into the 2 x Glss lmps fitted to the try, ensuring the edges of the glss re sndwihed etween the Blk glss lmp gskets. Slide the glss edge into the Centrl extrusion. Apply strp of tpe (Kit of prts) on the outside of the glss etween the Corner pnel nd the Entrne pnel t the top nd t the ottom while the Silion selnt is uring, this should e left for 24 hours. Chek the pnel for upright, front to k nd left to right. If the pnel needs djusting rise nd lower the Glss lmps using the soket set srew in the top of the glss lmps (4). Seure the Entrne pnel to the Glss lmps y tightening the Soket set srews with the Allen key provided (4d) Fit the Centre Vertil Top Cp (4e).

7 STAGE 5 d OF PUSH FIT CONNECTIONS = = BLUE-COLD RED-HOT GUIDE HEIGHT 2009mm x x This stge is desriing the fitting of the Hedril, Inlet pipes. Crefully srew the threded end of the Hedril into the T shped onnetor t the top of the glss pnels (5). Extend the Hedril k to the Wll y unsrewing the wll side hedril tue in/out nd sliding the front tue in/out (5) Cution - The Showerhed is hevy, the tues should e djusted eqully eh side. Using level hek the Hedril for horizontl nd mrk the entre for the Wll Plte (5) As guide see min imge. Crefully remove the Hedril. Drill the fixing hole in the Wll nd insert the Wll plug. Remove the Wll Plte (ftory fitted into the Wll side hedril tue) nd fix to the Wll using the No.8 x 32mm Csk Srew (Kit of prts) (5). Crefully re-fit the Hedril, djust k to the Wll nd fix in position using the Soket set srews (5/5). Be refully not to overtighten the Showerhed soket set srews, the tue should entrl to the hole in the Showerhed. Ple uket or suitle ontiner into the try, turn on wter supply t Isoltion vlves nd llow the wter to ler through nd len out the Inlet pipes. Turn off wter supply. Loosen oth the Compression nuts onneted to the Mnifold nd fully push the spigots onneted to the ends of the Inlet pipes into the mnifold ommpression fitting. Re-tighted the Compression nuts using spnner until the Inlet pipes re tightly held in position. Importnt- Connet the Hot (Red) Inlet pipe to the onnetor mrked Hot nd Cold to Cold. It is good prtie to test the onnetions prior to ompleting instlltion.

8 STAGE 6 SEE SEPARATE INSTRUCTIONS Now see seprte Wlk-in Vlve instlltion instrutions to fit the Vlve ssemly, Covers nd Hndles. Fit the U-shped Inlet Cover onto the inside of the Centrl vertil extrusion y pling the top in first, fitting it eneth the Vlve over ruer gsket nd refully pushing the Cover until it sits on top of the Centrl vertil extrusion foot nd is held in ple y the Inlet Cover Clips. Fit the Hnd shower nd Flex to the Flex elow outlet nd ple the Hnd Shower into the Sliding devie. Tighten the Flex elow outlet on to the Vlve over (6)..

9 STAGE 7 f * * d * e 00mm * * This stge is desriing the fitting of the Covers, Cps nd Silioning seling. Fit the Wll Mount Cover (7). Fit the Wll Mount Top Cp (7). Fit the Glss lmp overs to the Glss Clmps y pushing the legs gently inwrds until they fit in the slots provided in the Glss Clmps (7). * Test ll joints (mrked with on min drwing). Re-fit the Servie re p, ensuring the Neoprene seling ring is fitted to the try nd the O-rings re fitted to the Servie re p srews (7d). Apply thin ed of silion long the joint on the outside etween the Wll Mount nd the Vertil Frme nd 00mm up (7e) ontinue the silion long the ottom edge of the Wll Mount nd ll the wy up the outside of the extrusion etween the Wll Mount nd the tiles (7,e). Msking tpe n e used to hieve tidy edge to the selnt. Remove the msking tpe immeditely nd llow the silion to ure for 24 hours efore using the shower. Insert the Hrdwood/ Aryli deking into the try refully putting one end in first then lowering the k end down to the try. The deking n e lened with mild detergent diluted with wter. Do not pply oil or vnish. For higher pressure shower systems or if you experiene splsh through fit the Cler flexile glzing wedge etween the try nd the glss pnels (7f). Cut the Glzing wedge to length etween Glss Clmps. For utting lengths of Glzing wedge see Prts list stge on next pge.

Do not use leh, lkline, id-sed or ggressive nd rsive glss leners, detergents or household lening produts on the glss or frmes. We reommend tht glss is wshed down with len wter nd soft len loth or sponge nd dried off with mirofire loth. The speil oting is only present on the inside of the glss. Mtki Glss Gurd is gurnteed for 2 yers provided tht the guidelines nd lening instrutions re followed. Alumimium nd Chrome prts should e lened with mild non srth household lener nd soft loth or sponge. Do not use idi-sed desler produts or produts whih re unsuitle for lening enmelled surfes, inluding rsive leners or leners ontining leh or solvents, s the produts will effet the nodised frmework. Under no irumstnes use leners with ph level exeeding 8. Mtki does not reommend the use of 'Leve-on' shower leners on Mtki Glss Gurd Produts. Wter Softeners nd Glss Gurd - Certin types of wter softeners inrese the lklinity of the wter due to rry-over of Chloride during re-genertion whih n use ggressive wter spots on oth untreted nd Glss Gurded glss. If using wter softener we reommend two-ylinder mhine with utomti re-genertion insted of timer. If single-ylinder wter softener with timer is lredy instlled it is reommended tht fter eh shower exess wter is removed from the glss with squeegee or with miro-fire loth. WHITE SPIRIT BLEACH Wsh down with len wrm wter nd soft len loth or sponge. Do not use leh, lkline or id-sed, ggressive or rsive lening produts. Flsh Bthroom Spry or Cif Bthroom Spry n e used on Mtki Produts.
