Duties & Respnsibilities 1. Prvides technical cmputer supprt t users by: Perfrming functins relating t user supprt in hardware, sftware and netwrks such as: interacting with users in a supprt capacity t satisfy prductivity gals and user expectatins; installing, testing, trubleshting, repairing and upgrading cmputer hardware, peripherals and sftware r supervising staff t d the same. respnding t technical and sftware prblems related t ffice prductivity sftware, Web brwsing, perating systems, client netwrk sftware, , curse management systems (WebCT) and prgramming languages; Investigating and reslving escalated calls frm the Service Desk Wrking with lab aides and instructrs relative t the peratin fr cmputing labs. Helping t create and maintain ICS Web pages; Dcumenting prcedures 2.
