1 Applicatins in Nasdaq Member Prtal Nasdaq Nrdic Versin 1.2

2 Nasdaq Member Prtal All applicatins develped by Independent Sftware Vendrs (ISV s) r develped in-huse by members, cnnecting t INET and Genium INET needs t be registered in the Nasdaq Member Prtal. Members with Spnsred Access Clients have t register their Spnsred access clients and map their users/sessins t the applicatin. Registratin f applicatins is the first step in rder fr members t prve the use f cnfrmed and apprved applicatin. The registratin will cnsist f the name f the applicatin, versin number, cntact infrmatin etc. Once registered, a cnfrmance test can cmmence in rder t be apprved fr prductin access. Registratin f Applicatins Lg int Nasdaq Member prtal by clicking the fllwing URL: Once lgged in, click Applicatins and the belw windw will appear. Press + Create Applicatin The fllwing windw will appear. Please fill in the fllwing. 2

3 Applicatin Owner Select the applicatin wner. Applicatin Name Enter the applicatin name (Fr ISVs it is imprtant t chse the name f the applicatin knwn by their custmers). If the applicatin have several names it is pssible t enter the applicatin as name TRADE APP/NASDAQ Trader/ etc. Applicatin Visibility Please chse ne f the 3 applicatin visibility ptins. Public The registered applicatin is visible fr all Member prtal users independent f which cmpany the Member Prtal user is representing. Assigned T make the applicatin visible nly fr a subset f Nasdaq members f their chice. Members with several MPIDs wh have registered an applicatin fr ne MPID (applicatin wner) can make the applicatin visible fr ther MPIDs. Private- The applicatin is nly visible fr Member Prtal users within the cmpany the applicatin has been registered fr. Applicatin Versins Please fill in versin number fr the applicatin registered. This is a free text shall crrespnd with the test cases the versin has been cnfrmed fr. Example 1: 1.1 Example 2: 1.1, 1.2,1,3 Example 3: 1.x Functinality fr/selectable by Membership types Please chse the different asset classes the applicatin supprt. Supprts multiple select. Press save 3

4 Applicatin Status - The applicatin status will nw shw Pending meaning that the applicatin has been registered and is visible fr thers, in a pending state. State Pending als means that the applicatin has nt been cnfrmance tested yet. Once the applicatin has been cnfrmed and apprved, the state f the applicatin will change t Apprved s users f the applicatin knws that they are using an cnfrmance tested applicatin. This is an imprtant step fr the users that will self-certify. Mre infrmatin regarding selfcertificatin will be cvered later in this guide. Once Set t Active is selected the Cnfrmance Request and Cnfrmance Test Prtcls will appear in the Applicatins windw. Request cnfrmance test Please press Request <Asset Class> Cnfrmance. The Request <Asset Class> Cnfrmance will reflect yur selectins made in Functinality fr/selectable by Membership types Cmmdities, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Incme & Cmmdities. In the windw belw we chse Cmmdities nly and will nly see Request Cmmdities Cnfrmance. If yu have made several selectins in Functinality fr/selectable by Membership types Yu will see several Request <Asset Class> Cnfrmance each representing the asset class yu chsen earlier. Once Request <Asset Class> Cnfrmance has been selected the fllwing windw will appear. 4

5 Which Membership Please chse the membership applicable fr the applicatin. This shuld reflect the membership type in which yu earlier registrated the applicatin fr. Selected Interface Applicatin Name Once Membership is selected the applicatin name registered fr that membership will be ppulated. Interface Please chse the interface yu want t cnfrm fr. FIX <Asset class> and/r OMnet <Asset class>. Multiple selectin is supprted. Cnfrmance test specificatins Once interface is selected the cnfrmance test cases will be visible and als shw what API/Prtcal and asset class the applicatin supprts. Cnfrmance Request infrmatin Cnfrmance Test Scenaris Please enter the cnfrmance test scenaris yu wish t cnfrmance test fr. Please enter the Case# fr each scenari as specified in the cnfrmance test specificatin. Fr example ADM01 ADM05, NOS001-NOS003, etc. Test system t be used. Please select the test system yu wish t cnfrmance test yur applicatin. Fr this release its nly applicable t chse M2 fr INET and EXT4 fr Genium INET since they are the test envirnments that supprts MiFID2 functinalities. User/Prt details Please specify the user/prt details that yu will use during the cnfrmance test. Press save 5

6 Applicatin Self-Certificatin Genium INET (Equity Derivatives, Cmmdities and Fixed Incme members) All members are required t self-certify in Member Prtal which trading applicatin each tradinguser is using in Genium INET, in rder t prve the use f a cnfrmed applicatin in accrdance t RTS 7. T self-certify which trading applicatin yu are using, please fllw the steps belw: Once lgged in t Member Prtal, navigate t Technical Access and chse the relevant prductin envirnment and yur Memberships MPID and press search t get the belw verview f yur current users. In rder t self-certify which trading applicatin a trading-user (User Type: Trading) is using, simply click n the user yu wuld like t self-certify t get the belw verview. T chse the relevant applicatin yu can either d a search in the Select Applicatin field r use the scrll functin t see which applicatins are available. When an applicatin is chsen a summary f the results f the cnfrmance test f that specific applicatin can be accessed. If yu cannt find the applicatin yu are using, please cntact yur ISV r yur IT-department t ensure that the applicatin has been registered in Nasdaq Member Prtal. If yu still have issues finding the applicatin, please cntact technicalrelatins@nasdaq.cm. 6

7 Once the apprpriate applicatin is chsen simply press Save and the applicatin yu chse will be visible like in the verview belw. Once all trading-users have an applicatin assigned t them yu can cnfirm the Member Prtal actin Trading Applicatin Cnfirmatin, which can be fund n the Member Prtal start page. Please nte: In rder t be cmpliant and get the request apprved, all users with user type Trading must have an applicatin assigned t them, like the case in the verview belw. Applicatin Self-Certificatin INET (Equity Members) All members are required t self-certify in Member Prtal which trading applicatin each prt (Sessin ID) is using in INET, in rder t prve the use f a cnfrmed applicatin in accrdance t RTS 7. T self-certify which trading applicatin yu are using, please fllw the steps belw: Once lgged in t Member Prtal, navigate t Technical Access and chse the relevant prductin envirnment and yur Memberships MPID and press search t get the belw verview. A user setup fr trading needs t self-certify trading applicatin f use fr FIX ORDER ENTRY, FIX TRADE REPORTING (ENTRY) and OUCH. T d this, click n the Sessin ID yu wuld like t self-certify t get the belw verview. 7

8 T chse the relevant applicatin yu can either d a search in the Select Applicatin field r use the scrll functin t see which applicatins are available. When an applicatin is chsen a summary f the results f the cnfrmance test f that specific applicatin can be accessed. If yu cannt find the applicatin yu are using, please cntact yur ISV r yur IT-department t ensure that the applicatin has been registered in Nasdaq Member Prtal. Trading users using Nasdaq Nrdic Wrkstatin des nt have t take any actins. Trading users are under the Nasdaq Nrdic Wrkstatin sectin and therefre already certified. Nasdaq Nrdic Wrkstatin cnfrmance test reprt can be fund n Please nte: In rder t be cmpliant and get the request apprved, all Fix Order Entry, Fix Trade Reprting (Entry) and Ouch prts/sessins must have an applicatin assigned t them, like the case in the verview belw. 8
