HMI sl Tl management - "Reactivate" sftkey: With the fllwing setting in the file sltmlistcnfig.xml (milling) resp. sltmturninglistcnfig.xml (turning), the actual values fr all mnitring types set in the NC are reset fr the selected tl when being reactivated. <SETTINGS> <ReactivateAllMnitrMdes value="true" type="bl" /> </SETTINGS> ReactivateAllMnitrM des Refers t the functin "Reactivate" true resets the actual values fr all mnitring types set in the NC. false resets the actual value fr the mnitring type active n the tl. HT8 User-specific key labeling in the CPF menu: The CPF menu texts (CPF: Cntrl Panel Functin) and the HT8 traversing keys can be labeled by the user with his wn texts (in the lcal language). Fr this, a template fr language-independent U key labeling ("em_slck_deu.ts") is prvided in the directry "siemens/sinumerik/hmi/lng". Fr each language required, make ne cpy f this riginal file in ne f the tw directries em/sinumerik/hmi/lng resp. user/sinumerik/hmi/lng and assign name as fllws: German slck_deu.ts English slck_eng.ts French slck_fra.ts Spanish slck_esp.ts Italian slck_ita.ts Chinese slck_chs.ts Open the crrespnding language file and change the text between the tw tags <translatin>u1</translatin> as desired. Yu can frce a line break inserting %n wherever yu want. Example : <translatin>ex%nample</translatin> Max. 10 characters can be used n 2 lines. Rebt the NCU after adapting all text files. Remark: Yu can als create/edit "*.ts" files externally n a PC. Please nte that the files are stred using UTF8 cde. 3 CNC Sftware 2.4 SP3 with HMI sl Nte: 1. Installing the NCU sftware: Fr installing the NCU sftware yu require the NCU service system V r higher n USB stick. The new installatin can nly be carried ut with the NCU service system and TCU. Upgrade f an existing NCU system V2.3 has nt been planned. Installatin withut TCU r WinSCP is nly pssible using an USB stick which has been prepared fr autmatic upgrade (see belw). 1.1 Installatin f the NCU service system n USB stick: The NCU service system is stred as a USB stick image in directry emergency_btsys_ncu n the supplied DVD. The cpy rutine installdisk.exe is stred in the same lcatin. Cnnect a USB stick 512MB r higher, recmmended type Siemens 6ES7648-0DCx0-0AA0, t yur prgramming device r PC (with Windws XP) and nte dwn the letter f the drive t which the stick is cnnected. Call installdisk t cpy the NCU service system t the USB stick: installdisk --verbse --blcksize 1m <Image file> <Drive letter:> ( -- means 2x minus sign) Example: installdisk --verbse --blcksize 1m D:\ emergency_btsys_ncu\linuxbase-512m.img X: r installdisk --verbse --blcksize 1m D:\ emergency_btsys_ncu\linuxbase-resize.img X: (When using the...resize.img, bt the NCU nce frm the USB stick in rder t unpack the image n the stick). It is best t perfrm the abve-mentined cmmand in a DOS shell. Fr this, yu require administratr rights n yur PG / PC. After cmpletin f installdisk remve the USB stick frm the PG / PC and insert it again. Under Windws yu can nw see an empty USB stick. Nw cpy the desired NCU sftware (file with extensin.tgz) frm directry ncu_sw n the supplied DVD t this USB stick. The USB stick can be cnnected t ne f the tw USB cnnectrs f the NCU 7x0. The NCU will bt frm this USB stick after pwer ON. The system perates either via a TCU that is cnnected t the NCU, r via PG / PC thrugh WinSCP under "Open Terminal". Instructins n hw t use the NCU service system can be fund in dcumentatin /IM7/ n the DVD supplied. 1.2 Upgrading an NCU 7x0 with NCU SW versin 2.4 When the sftware is upgraded, all user data are maintained n CF card in the directries /user, /addn, /em. The license key is maintained as well. When upgrading systems with several NCUs / PCU50 please refer t sectin 7.2 with regard t netwrking! Bt the NCU frm the USB stick (see 1.1). Select the service shell by pressing F2 / sftkey 2. Lg n with the user name "manufact". An external keybard may be required fr this, as user names must be written in lwercase letters. Enter the fllwing cmmand after the peratr prmpt $ f the service shell: sc restre -update /data/<ncu-sw>.tgz Sftware update will be cmpleted when prmpt $ is displayed again. Remve the USB stick. Bt the NCU (F3 / sftkey 3 "Restart"). Yu can nw start the PLC, drives and NC Upgrading using WinSCP Systems withut TCU n the NCU can be upgraded using WinSCP, fr example frm a PCU 50. Enter the fllwing cmmand under Cmmands / Open Terminal: sc restre -update -frce <ncu-sw>.tgz Sftware installatin will be cmpleted when the message "Syncing disks... dne" is displayed. Then rebt the NCU. File <ncu-sw>.tgz n the NCU shuld be deleted. Please nte! During the installatin a message might be displayed infrming yu that the cmmunicatin peer has nt reacted fr a while. This message can be ignred. D nt discnnect when messages like that are displayed Autmatic upgrade using a btable USB stick: Yu can perfrm an autmatic update -restre r update -full using the crrespndingly prepared USB stick >= 1GB. Fr this, yu have t cpy a script (autexec.sh) and the NCU sftware nt the stick. The script name may nt be changed. The NCU sftware cpied nt the stick must be renamed int update.tgz r full.tgz. Then set the rtary switch SIM/NCK n the NCU t the psitin 7 and bt the NCU frm the stick. The script nly runs in switch psitin 7. Otherwise, the system bts frm the stick and branches t the service menu. On the basis f the NCU sftware designatin, the script decides whether t perfrm restre -update r restre -full. In additin, the script perfrms a data backup f the CD card befre restring the necessary data. The sequence f the individual script steps can be traced via the 7-segment display resp. n the TCU. The exact meaning f displays and individual steps is described in a separate dcument. The script is included with the delivered DVD. 1.3 New installatin n the card r upgrade frm SW 1.3, SW 1.4 t Sftware Versin 2.4 IMPORTANT: This prcedure cmpletely deletes all data n the CF card; this applies als t an empty CF card. Bt the NCU frm the USB stick (see 1.1). Select the service shell by pressing F2 / sftkey 2. Lg n as "manufact" user; when the CF card is empty use "admin", passwrd "SUNRISE" instead. An external keybard may be required fr this, as user names must be written in lwercase letters. Enter the fllwing cmmand after the peratr prmpt $ f the service shell: sc restre -full /data/<ncu-sw>.tgz Sftware installatin will be cmpleted when prmpt $ is displayed again. Remve the USB stick. Bt the NCU (F3 / sftkey 3 "Restart" r pwer OFF/ON). When the system is started with TCU(s) fr the first time, the TCU(s) must be lgged n t the system. Enter the TCU name (default TCUx) and the address f an assigned MCP. Yu can nw start the PLC, drives and NC. 2. General infrmatin: After the new installatin f NCU sftware 2.4 SP3 n CF Card, a general reset f the NCU and PLC must be perfrmed: Change the SIM/NCK switch int psitin 1, the PLC switch int psitin 3 and perfrm a pwer OFF/ON. NCU710 / NCU720: The PLC prgram must initiate an immediate (apprx. 20 sec) reactin t alarm "2120 NCK fan alarm" by stpping the axes in a cntrlled manner. NCU730: The PLC prgram must initiate an immediate (apprx. 20 sec) reactin t alarm "2120 NCK fan alarm" by stpping the axes in a cntrlled manner if n duble fan mdule is used. NCU710 / NCU720: The NCU will nt pwer up if a fan mdule is nt installed r if the fan is defective. This applies t NCU 730 with duble fan mdule nly in the case f failure f bth fans. Alarm "%1 data have been restred, f which %2 machine data, %3 errr" If %3 indicates that mre than zer errrs have ccurred, it is nt advisable t cntinue wrking with the data. T avid further prblems, yu shuld read in an up-t-date backup cpy f the data. It is nt always pssible t prt an NCK series startup file frm 840D pwerline withut prcessing t 840D sl. Prir t verwriting a licensed CmpactFlash Card, a backup f the license key is abslutely necessary. The key is available in file keys.txt and is stred under the path /card/keys/sinumerik The backup f the key can be carried ut, fr example, with WinSCP, by the PG / PC. Mini handheld unit An additinal hardware is nw required t perate a mini handheld with handwheel. As previusly the inputs are cnnected directly t the PLC I/Os r can alternatively be integrated int the input image f the MCP IE (X51 ) using a relevant cnnectin kit. A machine cntrl panel (Ethernet r PROFIBUS) r a handwheel cnnectin mdule will be required t transfer the handwheel signals. Data backups shuld be read in in the rder NC, PLC, drive. It will therefre make sense t create the NC, PLC and drive archives separately. The cntur handwheel and velcity verlay with handwheel has nly been apprved fr PROFIBUS MCP. In catalg /siemens/system/etc. a template f the current default basesys.ini is available. In netwrked systems it makes sense t name the individual statins in the basesys.ini (z.b. hst name=ncu-2). If systems are t be netwrked, the fllwing entry "SyncMdeDHCPD_SysNet=ON_MASTER" must be cmmented in in the basesys.ini prir t netwrking n the DHCP master. The start-up sequence fr the first pwer-up after netwrking is DHCP master (previusly DHCP server) and then the ther statins. The Reset buttn n the NCU enables a warm restart f the NCU mdule. It has nt been ensured that this will cause a warm restart f the entire system in all cnfiguratins. The Ethernet handwheel f the HT2 is switched t the fifth handwheel interface. Example fr three Ethernet handwheels; the third handwheel is lcated in the HT2: MD11350[0]= [0]= [0]=1 MD11350[1]= [1]= [1]=2 MD11350[2]= [2]= [2]=5 HT2: The PLC applicatin example fr the handheld device included in the tlbx f Pwer Line cannt be transferred t the HT2 withut prir mdificatins. The variable descriptins f the NCVAR must be adjusted. A revised example will be prvided via e_supprt r tlbx. FC13 supprts the visualizatin f fur lines. As a result, the meaning f the ROW parameter has changed as fllws: 0 = N display utput 1 = 1st line 2 = 2nd line 3 = Line 1 and line 2 alternately 4 = 3rd line 5 = Line 1 and line 3 alternately 8 = 4th line F = Autmatic change f all lines The display cntent must be stred in the field ChrArray, type string[64]. The address 0 is nt permissible since n addresses are assigned by the DHCP server using this setting HT2: The update rate f display and handwheel signal transmissin (imprving the handwheel velcity cntrl) can be imprved as fllws: Cpy the file mcp_client in the directry card\siemens\sinumerik\mcp_client\mcp_client.ini int the directry card\users\sinumerik\mcp_client and in the sectin HT2, mdify the entry cyclemcpsend = 50. Then pwer OFF / ON the cntrller. Alarm 46xx: The machine data fr the Ethernet handwheel must be checked. Example fr the first handwheel: MD11350[0]=7, 11351[0]=1, 11352[0]=1 Cmbinatins f NCUs with SINAMICS Sxxx CUs have nt been released. Exceptins can nly be granted after prir cnsultatin. Spindle traversing with limited trque (Fcn) r spindle traversing t fixed stp: The HMI perfrmance display is calculated and displayed as 100% f the limited trque. With NCK V (r later) and ADI4 Bard V , the ADI4 Bard can be perated n 840D sl with internal PLC 317. As befre, DBSI1 has nt been released fr SINUMERIK and integrated drive cntrller. NCU Bis V1.4 (r later) is required t perate 1GB CmpactFlashCards n NCU730. As the system must be upgraded nly in very rare cases, the BIOS is prvided via e_supprt nly. 3. Infrmatin abut the NCK: If the number f part prgrams set via machine data nearly matches the currently available number, the value must be increased in the machine data (due t additinal cycles). Interplatry traversing f psitining axes is suppressed with alarm 8031 "...axis has n IPO functinality". SPI and PW have (always) been key wrds and cannt be used as axis identifiers. Functin G643 (blck-internal smthing) has been released fr applicatins in the tl change area (e.g. ptimizatins fr appraching the tl change psitin). The functin has nt been released fr applicatins in the machining prcess. Functin G644 (smthing at max. pssible dynamics) has been released fr applicatins in the tl change area (e.g. ptimizatins fr appraching the tl change psitin). The functin has nt been released fr applicatins in the machining prcess. Sftware variant "max. 6 axes": The default setting fr the number f axes is 3. The "Extended measurement" functin with distributed measuring input n the SINAMICS mdules is nt available (MEAC, MEASA, MEAWA). Gaps in the channel sequence are nt permitted in systems with a maximum f tw channels. Access t drive data via system variable $nn_nn is nt enabled. The nly available system variables are thse transferred in telegram 116. ESR is nt enabled. ASUBs can nw be started alng the line f the 840Di functinality via the PROFIBUS PLC I/Os. Machine data settings must be selected by the same methd used n the 840Di system. There are n high-speed NCK I/Os mapped in DB10 f the PLC. Hwever, the ASUB start ptins used in earlier versins (i.e. frm DB10 r FC9 via PLC prgram) are still available. With a 31-axis sftware n an NCU yu can use six ut f 31 axes and tw ut f ten channels. Machine data $MN_MAXNUM_PLC_CTRL_AXES is n lnger included in the data recrd. It has been replaced by MD If tl data are missing after standard cmmissining read-in (created with NCK < ), the file must be read in again via HMI Advanced withut deleting the NC. MD $mn_psctrl_cycle_delay must be zer. Check the available data backup. MD $ma_rated_utval[ ] must have the value zer. 7 CNC Sftware 2.4 SP3 with HMI sl Feedback in GUD variable _PM_MISSING_TOOL_REFRESH after writing the variables t "1" is updated nly after screen change. Safety: There is a new ptin handling referring t synchrnized actins r synchrnized actin elements. Up t versin 1.3 (NCK 62) synchrnized actin level 2 was set autmatically at the same time with ptin SI. Thus, channel MD 28250, NUM_SYNC_ELEMENTS culd be set t a value > 159. This has been changed with NCK versin 67. Synchrnized actin level 2 is n lnger included in Safety. Instead there is a new machine data, in which the synchrnized actin elements fr SAFE.SPF are defined, i.e. MD 28251, NUM_SAFE_SYNC_ELEMENTS. This machine data can be written with maximum value 500 fr ptin SLP_I_O=1, and with maximum value 5000 fr ptin SPL_I_O=2. Hwever, the number f synchrnized actin elements required shuld be determined in rder t prevent the perfrmance frm being laded unnecessarily. Further mre the check sums 36998[1]/36999[1] must be set t zer manually. With system variable $AC_SAFE_SYNAC_MEM the relevant number f free SI synchrnized actin elements can be read. If this variable is called befre SAFE.SPF is started and run, the difference is the number f items that SAFE.SPF ccupies. This difference shuld be entered in MD with a certain reserve value. Index 1-5 must be indicated when writing MD via synchrnized actins. Safety: changed check sums f Safety integrated in the drive. The check sum fr these functins must be cnfirmed again due t new drive-integrated safety functins. In rder t d this enter "95" (safety start-up) in parameter p10. Afterwards the parameters f the current check sum must be cpied t the parameters f the planned check sum. p9798 t p9799 p9898 t p9899 Then reset p10 t zer. This will autmatically save the values (p971=1 is set). Wait fr the prcess f saving t be cmpleted. With sftware versin 1.5 HF5 / 2.4 SP1 r higher, the HT2 can be used as a handheld terminal. Depending n the settings in basesys.ini the HT2 is bted by the master (cmpare the general ntes fr netwrked systems). The master can be an NCU r a PCU 50. The auxiliary functin M6 is nt utput by default after blck search. Remedy: Change the auxiliary functin grup in MD $mc_auxfu_predef_grup[5] t becme a free grup. Extended master-slave functin As frm NCK , the balancers can be freely intercnnected. Tl management: New ptin handling. When using several real magazines, this must be activated ptinally. A real magazine is included in the basic scpe f functins. Fr cmpatibility reasns, the ptin bit $ON_TECHNO_FUNCTION_MASK Bit4=1 used s far must still be set. This is, hwever, nt included in license handling. 4. Infrmatin abut the PLC: The versin f the PLC perating system fr the PLC319 is nw V2.6. One tlbx versin V (r later) and STEP 7 V5.4 SP2 will be required if NCUs PN / PN are used. Step7 V5.4 SP2 with tlbx V , setting "English language". The SL NCUs are nt included in the hardware catalg. Chse the "German language" setting r current tlbx. Existing prjects with PLC 319 using the PLC perating system V2.4 must be recnfigured. Fr this purpse an additinal backup f the current prject shuld be created under STEP 7. After installatin f the tlbx the NCU must then be deleted frm the hardware catalg f the PLC and be replaced by an NCU PN frm the SINUMERIK hardware catalg. After this hardware cnfiguratin has been generated and saved it can be laded frm the STEP 7 prject. The remanent memry f the PLC 319 is limited t 256kB. 8 CNC Sftware 2.4 SP3 with HMI sl After the PLC has been deleted using the perating sequence n the PLC rtary switch r by STEP 7, the PLC prgram is autmatically reladed. If PLC initializatin is triggered via peratin with the PLC switch in psitin 3 and pwer OFF/ON the PLC prgram will nt be laded autmatically. Afterwards this will n lnger ccur even with the perating sequence mentined abve. The current cycle time is n lnger available in DB5, but in DB8 instead. The cycle time can als be called via the start infrmatin f OB1. Activating the target cnfiguratin <> actual cnfiguratin functin causes the PLC t stp. Remedy: run the test in the user prgram (e.g. with the SIMATIC mdules FC125, FB125 in the crrespnding fault OBs). PLC mdule IM153-2 MLFB 6ES AA02-0XB0 cannt be used. Remedy: 6ES AA03-0XB0 The PLC standard cmmissining file must be generated when the PLC is stpped. Otherwise it cannt be guaranteed that the PLC will switch t cyclic peratin when the data backup has been laded. The relevant DDS/MDS must be set up in the drive. P827[0] P827[1] P827[n] must be set t different values! The cntactr is switched ver by the applicatin. => P833, Bit0=1 The pulses are disabled by the drive => P833, Bit1=0 Initial PLC psitin: Star mde, therefre set bit 21.5 in the axis DB t 1 during pwer-up. The NCU service interface X127 may nly be used fr cmmissining and service. The machine cntrl panel (MCP) is perated n PROFIBUS r Ethernet. N mixed peratin. PROFIBUS 1 must be cnfigured s that the CU, supply and drive sftkeys are displayed at the HMI. Sftware versin 2.4 HF8 r 2.4 SPxx is mandatry when the NCU 7x0.x PN is used. With PLC 319 PROFIBUS diagnstics with FB125 is nt pssible. PLC 319, PrfiNet functinality: CBA PLC cmmunicatin has been released. The blcks FC1007 AG_LOCK, FC1008 AG_UNLOCK, FC1010 AG_CNTRL have nt been released. The functin FORCEN der PLC has nly been released with restrictins fr 840D sl. It can be used with PLC317, PLC perating system V r later (2.4 SP1 HF11) / PLC319, PLC perating system V r later (2.4 SP1 HF11). The VDI interface signal DB10.DBX57.3 may nt be cnnected with 840D sl. 5. Infrmatin abut the SINAMICS drive: N parallel use f measuring functins fr i and n measurement via starter and HMI Advanced. Starter measurements require a Pwer OFF => ON and immediate measurement with the starter. Starter measurements must nt be perfrmed after HMI Advanced measurements. If a SINAMICS cmpnent is replaced and the sftware upgraded, the firmware release must be checked and, where necessary, the riginal firmware release restred. (Key wrd: Macr ) Firmware releases can be checked in the fllwing parameters: Cntrl unit R18 Firmware release f CU Supply R128 Firmware release f infeed Drive MD R128 Firmware release f pwer unit R148 Firmware release f sensr mdule Fr the time being, the starter is still required fr determining the mtr cdes. Infrmatin abut HMI sl: Applicatins fr HMI sl: Teach-in fr handling systems (such as HT6), unit peratr panels in the autmtive industry, tl lading terminals The HMI sl sftware V2.1 is started autmatically as a cmpnent f the NCU sftware 2.4 SP1 during pwer-up f the NCU7x0. The HMI sl is als called "internal HMI". HMI sl can be perated nly via a cntrl panel with TCU cnnected via Ethernet t X120 n the NCU7x0. The cnfiguring data such as PLC message and alarm texts must be stred n the CF card in the NCU in the apprpriate directries under /card/user/sinumerik/hmi/... r /card/em/sinumerik/hmi/... (see HMI sl Cmmissining Manual). The file system n the CF card can be accessed in "nline" mde nly, i.e. when the NCU is running. The data can be transferred either by means f a USB stick r netwrk link via the HMI peratr interface (Prgram Manager area) r by means f a netwrk link and the WinSCP tl. IMPORTANT: File names f cnfiguring files must nrmally be written in lwercase letters. The ptin "Additinal 256MB HMI user memry n the CmpactFlash Card" is required t be able t stre part prgrams and archives n the CmpactFlash Card ("lcal drive"). NOTICE! An NCK general reset deletes the ptin and renders the "lcal drive" inaccessible until the ptin is set again. Existing data stred n the card are nt affected. If yu are perating an NCU withut TCU (i.e. with HMI Advanced n PCU 50), it is advisable t deactivate HMI sl. Cntinuus saving f the alarm lg n CF card has nt been released, as in this case the lg is nt cmplete. Thus, the alarm lg is empty after the HMI is restarted. Infrmatin abut the NCU-Basesftware (LinuxBase): The Linux perating system f the NCU7x0 is als referred t as the NCU-Basesftware, similar t the PCU Basesftware fr the PCU 50. Yu will find the relevant dcumentatin in IM7 n the supplied DVD. The NCU-Basesftware ensures the start amng ther things f the NC, PLC, and HMI sftware during pwer-up as well as the bting f the TCU if it is present. The NCU-Basesftware is userriented, i.e. yu must lg in and enter a passwrd in rder t acquire specific access authrizatin. This current lgin and passwrd prtectin is relevant nly fr accessing a Linux service shell r the CF card using WinSCP. Fr cmmissining and servicing activities, the lgin ID is "manufact" and the passwrd "SUNRISE" (case-sensitive!). T pen the Linux service shell n the TCU, press keys "Area switchver" and "Recall" (F10 and F9) simultaneusly, then "Scan fr Servers". The select VNC sessin 4 f the crrespnding NCU using the hrizntal sftkey; the sessin lks as fllws, fr example: NCU-1 ( ):4: OK (VNC nly) => 2 Yu can als bt the NCU service system frm the USB stick. Fr access via the netwrk using WinSCP, enter the abve mentined lgin and passwrd n the "Sessin" screen. This lgin prcedure als applies after the NCU7x0 has bted frm a USB stick with the NCU service system prvided that executable NCU sftware is installed n the CmpactFlash Card. If this is nt the case (e.g. if the CF card is empty), enter the lgin ID "admin" and passwrd "SUNRISE". Yu can display a list f the syntax f all available service cmmands in the service shell by running cmmand "sc help" New functins in the NCU-Basesftware: Synchrnizatin f all NCUs and PCUs (PCU 50.3, PCU 321) in the system netwrk regarding DHCP server and TCU data, as well as naming service (DNS). The riginal basesys.ini is available under /card/siemens/system/etc with the name "template-basesys.ini". Each NCU in the system netwrk shuld be assigned a unique ("descriptive") cmputer name with the entry "hst name =..." in basesys.ini. Permissible characters are upper and lwer case letters, numbers and minus signs. The NCU DHCP server shuld always be switched n. When changing NCU / PCU IP addresses, execute the service cmmand "clear dhcp" in rder t activate the change Cnfiguratin f ne NCU with TCUs and MCPs In this cnfiguratin, n special settings must be made in the basesys.ini. The DHCP server and the internal HMI-sl remain activated Cnfiguratin f ne NCU with 1 PCU 50, MCPs and TCUs, if necessary In this cnfiguratin, the fllwing settings must be made in the NCU basesys.ini f the NCU: Hstname =... Identical InternalNetMask=... Exactly ne NCU with SyncMdeDHCPD_SysNet = ON_MASTER The PCU Basesftware V8.1 SP3 (r later) must be used n the PCU 50. In the System Netwrk Center, tab TCU-Supprt, leave the default cnfiguratin "Cmplete TCU supprt" unchanged. In the tab DHCP Settings, we recmmend that yu set "Sync mde lw pririty". All peratr statins within the plant / system netwrk (TCUs, HT8, PCU 50) are managed with "ON_MASTER" n the NCU, that means the data relevant during the runtime (cnfig.ini) and the.leases file cmprising all IP addresses assigned in the system are lcated there. The NCU master distributes the cnfig.ini files t all ther NCUs / PCUs using the service cmmand "sc distribute tcudata". When setting the service cmmand "sc clear dhcp" and subsequently pwering OFF / ON the cmplete system, the NCUs / PCUs are assigned the predefined IP addresses. New IP addresses are assigned t TCUs and MCPs and the.leases file is distributed t all ther NCUs / PCUs. Imprtant: With the System Netwrk Center, tab OPs, n each PCU 50, the cnfig.ini files f all peratr statins can be directly edited n the master NCU. The data are autmatically distributed t all NCUs / PCUs each time they are changed. 8.
