DoIP (Dagnostc communcaton over Internet Protocol), lke ISO-TP on the CAN bus, s used as a transport protocol for UDS (Unfed Dagnostc Servces). But a 100BASE-TX-Twst ed- Par copper lne s used as the physcal medum. The advan tage n comparson to dagnostcs over CAN s the 200-tmes hgher gross data rate of 100 MBt/s. There are cost advantages on the one hand because standardzed hardware components (Ethernet controller, CAT5 cables and RJ-45 connectors) can be used and, on the other hand, because unlke wth CAN, there s no longer any need for a vehcle nterface. The Ethernet nterface or WLAN avalable on every PC can be used for the drect connecton to the vehcle. DoIP ntegrates smoothly n exstng IT nfrastructures. Softng s evaluaton package for DoIP conssts of a hardware-based ECU smu laton, comprehensve ODX data and detaled documentaton. The Test Case Edtor based on such OTX test steps offers the fast and convenent creaton of complete ODX- and OTXbased dagnostc test sequences. The user has access to typcal test blocks whch can smply be dragged and dropped onto the test template. These templates also represent the test sequence and test report. The Test Case Edtor makes t very easy for the user to create the test sequences whch, among other thngs, test the ECU n terms of ndvdual dagnostc servces, complete dagnostc servce groups and communcaton behavor. In the process, you can choose between testng postve and negatve responses as well as vald value ranges and nvald dagnostc servces. Innovatve vehcle communcaton concepts are easy to mplement wth a hardware desgn talored exactly to the tasks. The frst two nterfaces of our new VIN ING product famly, VIN ING 600 and VIN ING 1000, are now avalable.
