Response to bidders queries and subsequent amendment details are attached herewith for your information. But page no.1 states that you need desktop with pre-installed windows 10 Professional which is conflicting each other. If OPAL is keeping desktop with pre-installed windows 10 Professional, then OPAL will not be able to use OPAL is request to remove Pre-installed word from page no.1. and confirm asking for perpetual Paper License of Microsoft Windows-10 Professional 64 bits OS & Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium with quantity 302 each as mentioned in Annexure-III.
