Click TABLE again and select SORT Ascending/descending rder. OK. 6. Click TABLE again and select CONVERT TABLE TO TEXT. Select Separatr COMMA. OK (table disappears) 7.Click EDIT REPLACE. A Find and Replace screen will appear. Click the REPLACE tab. 8. Put cursr in the FIND WHAT bx. 9. Click n the SPECIAL buttn and frm the drpdwn menu select PARAGRAPH MARK. The symbl(^p) will appear in the FIND WHAT bx.

3 10. In the REPLACE bx, type in a cmma and a space(, ). 11. Click the LESS buttn if necessary t make it a MORE buttn (it tggles between Mre and Less). 12. Click n REPLACE ALL. The list shuld nw appear in paragraph text frmat with a cmma separating each name and a space between them. ****************************************************************************** ****** Aut DialUp Stpped Frm Ask Le.cm In an effrt t make dialing up easier, Internet Explrer (and Outlk Express, by the way) will autmatically d it fr yu if it sees there's n dial-up cnnectin when it starts. Fire up Internet Explrer, and "all the right things" just happen, and yu're cnnected and surfing in a single step. That made a lt sense when dial-up was the mst cmmn mechanism t cnnect t the internet. These days with always-n and ther types f cnnectins, it can get in the way. As yu're experiencing. T turn it ff, fire up Internet Explrer (cancelling any attempts t dial n the way): Click n the Tls menu Click n the Internet Optins menu item Click n the Cnnectins tab Yu shuld nw see smething very similar t this:

This puts yu in cntrl f when the dial-up cnnectin is t be made. If yu've been relying n IE r OE t dial the phne fr yu, t dial the phne nw yu can right click n yur dialup cnnectin in the Netwrk Cnnectins sectin f Cntrl Panel:

5 And click n the Cnnect menu item. T discnnect, that right click n that again, and yu'll see that there is a Discnnect item. If yu d this ften, yu can create a shrtcut t that netwrk cnnectin n yur desktp r start menu simply by dragging and drpping it n t either.
