We also want to add up to six fax lines in rooms that do not have telephone wire connections. Figure 000 feet distance from primary access point to location of Fax connection in the building. Buildings are standard buildings with four of them being portable design but perminately fixed to the ground. Access to building is through pre-existing underground pipes. All units have piping already installed, but all lack any phone wire to the units. Current tele are VOI and we are not looking to change that. We need only phone access for Fax machines and other telephone equipment unable to use VOI.

6 2: In addition we are looking for local and long distance basic service for all phone lines above plus ten additonal lines and fax service for existing and six new units. In the bid process of E-rate, we must stipulate that we are looking for vendors that are CMAS Authorized vendors, must have a valid CA Contractors license that covers the work to be done (This means a low voltage license, and general contractors license (for trenching, coring, etc.)), Megan's law compliant, must be bondable and insurable in CA, and evidence of prevailing wages available upon request. We request that submitted proposals be priced Line item, and include all applicable taxes.
