1 Registering and Connecting Star Printer to Star Cloud Services Introduction This application note shows how to register and connect Star Printer to Star Clouds Services. How to register for Star Cloud Services 1. Please download and install Star printer driver: A. FuturePRNT (TSP100 Series printers) B. StarPRNT (TSP650II, TSP700II, TSP800II & FVP10) Note: If you have already installed the driver, go to Star Cloud Services website and proceeded to Step Once the driver is already installed, it will prompt you to launch Star Cloud Services, so click on Finish button. 2 3. This will redirect to the Star Cloud Service website where you will see the following: A. Retailer Registration B. SIGN UP Click on Sign Up and it will redirect to Retailer Registration. 11/11, V1.0 Page 2

3 4. Fill out the information below, and click on Submit button: A. Shop Name B. Your Username ( ) C. Create a Password 5. Once the information has been submitted. An will be sent to your address, confirming that the registration is complete. 6. 4 II. How to connect printer to Star Cloud Services A. TSP100 Printer Series Note: Refer to video link on How to Connect Printer to Star Cloud Services or follow the steps below. 1. TSP100 Series: Open Devices and Printers screen. 2. Locate your Star Micronics Printers, by right-click and click on Printer Properties. 11/11, V1.0 Page 4

5 3. Select TSP100 Config tab and click on Launch Configuration Application button. 4. Have emulation selected for Star Line Mode (default) and click on OK button. 11/11, V1.0 Page 5

6 5. The configuration utility will appear so click on Star Cloud Services tab. 6. Type your Username ( ) and Password. Click on Register Device button. 11/11, V1.0 Page 6

7 7. A message will appear that your device was register with your DeviceID. 8. Your account is now registered and connected with Star Cloud Services. 9. Congratulation, your device is now setup to work with Star Cloud Services. 11/11, V1.0 Page 7
