6 4.6 SMS-MT dt in SGSN (S-SMT-CDR) If enbled, n SGSN Mobile terminted SMS record shll be produced for ech short messge received by mobile subscriber vi the SGSN. Chrging Chrcteristics M The Chrging Chrcteristics flg set used by the SGSN. System Type O C Indictes the type of ir interfce used, e.g. UTRAN. This field is present when either the UTRAN or GERAN ir-interfce is used. It is omitted when the service is provided by GSM ir interfce. Chrging Chrcteristics O M Holds informtion bout how Chrging Chrcteristics were selected. Selection Mode CAMEL Informtion O C Set of CAMEL informtion relted to SMS session. For more informtion see Description of Record Fields. This field is present if CAMEL service is ctivted. 5.3 CAMEL Informtion This field includes following CAMEL informtion elements for PDP context (S-CDR), Attch/Detch session (M-CDR), nd Mobile originted SMS (S-SMO-CDR) nd Mobile terminted SMS (S-SMT-CDR) if corresponding CAMEL service is ctivted. CAMEL Access Point Nme NI (S-CDR) This field contins the network identifier prt of APN before modifiction by the CSE. CAMEL Access Point Nme OI (S-CDR) This field contins the opertor identifier prt of APN before modifiction by the CSE. CR pge 2

7 CAMEL Clling Prty Number (S-SMO-CDR, S-SMT-CDR) This field contins the Clling Prty Number modified by the CAMEL service. CAMEL Destintion Subscriber Number (S-SMO-CDR) This field contins the short messge Destintion Number modified by the CAMEL service. Note: This field is only pplicble for originted SMS. CAMEL SMSC Address (S-SMO-CDR) This field contins the SMSC ddress modified by the CAMEL service. Note: This field is only pplicble for originted SMS. SCF ddress (S-CDR, M-CDR, S-SMO-CDR, S-SMT-CDR) This field identifies the CAMEL server serving the subscriber. Address is defined in HLR s prt of CAMEL subscription informtion. Service key (S-CDR, M-CDR, S-SMO-CDR, S-SMT-CDR) This field identifies the CAMEL service logic pplied. Service key is defined in HLR s prt of CAMEL subscription informtion. Defult Trnsction/SMS Hndling (S-CDR, M-CDR, S-SMO-CDR, S-SMT-CDR) This field indictes whether or not CAMEL encountered defult GPRS- or SMS-hndling. This field shll be present only if defult cll hndling hs been pplied. Prmeter is defined in HLR s prt of CAMEL subscription informtion. Free Formt Dt (S-CDR, M-CDR, S-SMO-CDR, S-SMT-CDR) This field contins chrging informtion sent by the gsmscf in the Furnish Chrging Informtion GPRS messges s defined in 3GPP TS [9]. The dt cn be sent either in one FCI messge or severl FCI messges with ppend indictor. This dt is trnsferred trnsprently in the CAMEL cluses of the relevnt cll records. If the FCI is received more then once during one CAMEL cll, the ppend indictor defines whether the FCI informtion is ppended to previous FCI nd stored in the relevnt record or the informtion of the lst FCI received is stored in the relevnt record (the previous FCI informtion shll be overwritten). In the event of prtil output the currently vlid "Free formt dt" is stored in the prtil record. CR pge 3

8 FFD Append Indictor (S-CDR, M-CDR) This field contins n indictor whether CAMEL free formt dt is to be ppended to free formt dt stored in previous prtil CDR. This field is needed in CDR post processing to sort out vlid free formt dt for tht cll leg from sequence of prtil records. Cretion of prtil records is independent of received FCIs nd thus vlid free formt dt my be divided to different prtil records. If field is missing then free formt dt in this CDR replces ll received free formt dt in previous CDRs. Append indictor is not needed in the first prtil record. In following prtil records indictor shll get vlue true if ll FCIs received during tht prtil record hve ppend indictor. If one or more of the received FCIs for tht cll leg during the prtil record do not hve ppend indictor then this field shll be missing. Level of CAMEL services (S-CDR, M-CDR) This field describes briefly the complexity of CAMEL invoction. Ctegories re the sme s in circuit switched services nd mesure of resource usge in VPLMN requested by HPLMN. -"Bsic" mens tht CAMEL feture is invoked during the PDP context ctivtion phse only (e.g. to modify APN_NI/APN_OI). -"Cll durtion supervision" mens tht PDP context durtion or volume supervision is pplied in the gprsssf of the VPLMN (Apply Chrging messge is received from the gsmscf). Number of DPs encountered (S-CDR, M-CDR) This field indictes how mny rmed CAMEL detection points (TDP nd EDP) were encountered nd complements "Level of CAMEL service" field. smsreferencenumber (S-SMO-CDR, S-SMT-CDR) This prmeter contins the SMS Reference Number ssigned to the Short Messge by the SGSN.
