BUG ID SUMMARY COMMENTS FLIR FC-ID is supprted frm FW V2.0.3 P01 nly When FLIR FB-O is set t DHCP and there is n DHCP server n the netwrk it cannt be discvered ut f the bx All FLIR cameras (including FC-ID) > It is nt pssible t change credentials.. Use the camera UI It is pssible t set duplicate IP addresses FLIR visible cameras > The temperature is nt displayed in the Prperties windw. FC-ID > Changing vide settings > Unit mdel name des nt change when changing the vide frmat. Change Credentials > When setting a new admin passwrd in the web, DNA discvers the unit as authenticated. DNA can manage the unit with new issues even thugh the admin passwrd has changed Prperties windw > The temperature is nt displayed crrectly FC-ID > Cannt perfrm batch firmware upgrade when PAL and NTSC units are in the same batch. FC-ID > When the camera s internal server is disabled, the unit is discvered as "Offline. N-series > Adding a device manually result in unit nt being authenticated and a status errr. N-series > Hstname cannt be updated, althugh DNA displays that the device was updated. N-series > In Prperties windw, the crrect mask and gateway IP addresses are nt displayed. N-series > In Prperties windw, setting a new IP address always results in status displayed as Hst name nt updated", althugh the IP address was updated prperly N-series > Partial factry default desn't wrk N-series > Full factry default desn't wrk.. BUG ID SUMMARY COMMENTS FC-ID > After full factry default, units shuld be displayed with the same default IP r the DHCP-assigned IP address. FC-ID > When unit is added manually, the Assign IP functin is nt supprted DNA stpped perating during the Assign IP prcess FC-ID > After full factry default, the mdel number is nt displayed in the Discvery list. FC-ID > Nt authenticated units displayed "Errr" status instead f "nline" status when discvered, then the status changes t "Online" after a few secnds. Pr Line A > It is nt pssible t change the Vide Frmat n these units DNA desn't discver the name f a limited access unit Occasinally the switch firmware (switch.bin) fr PTZ fails when upgrading frm Quasar dt nsa r higher firmware t any firmware up t r including dt nsa WinPcap can be installed autmatically nly with Admin privileges When upgrading the firmware f a Quasar PTZ camera frm dt nsa t dt nsa, a status message Upgrading t Transitin Firmware is displayed. It is nt pssible t assign an IP address n an Ariel CB-3102/CM-3102 camera that is nt authenticated. When setting an IP f a secnd NIC t a camera set n the first NIC, the prcedure times ut. ii Thermal camera rebts when trying t set a camera t DHCP when it's already cnfigured in DHCP. DNA did nt check the IP address when the same IP was assigned frm the secnd NIC IP DNA ccasinally crashes when cnfiguring ii units DNA did nt discver a Pr Line A device that was added manually frm a different VLAN. It is pssible t cmplete the firmware upgrade prcess with an invalid firmware file n a Quasar camera. ii There is n warning message that the user cannt dwngrade firmware Hrizn and Meridian DNA fails when pressing the Refresh buttn. 16 DNA Release Ntes August 29, 2017

18 Knwn Issues and s frm Releases Prir t 2.1.1x Knwn Issues and s frm Releases Prir t 2.1.1x The fllwing issues and limitatins exist frm releases prir t x: BUG ID SUMMARY COMMENTS N/A CB/CM-3011 Bradcast prtcl (SADP Prtcl) is disabled by default n Windws 8.1 and Windws Server Use a different OS It is nt pssible t upgrade firmware n MPEG4 Pr Line units HD Classic update firmware is nt supprted The Web feature is enabled fr units that d nt have a web interface An invalid IP number can be assigned t a unit Only the camera icn is displayed When manually adding an IP address that ends with ".0" frm a different VLAN, all units frm that VLAN are added. EV-116 > DNA des nt supprt Perfrms Mde change functin. This prcess is functinal nly thrugh the Pr Line Cnfiguratr. CP-4211/CP-3211->There is n ptin t "Restre factry settings (excluding netwrk and PTZ settings)" as an Administratr. The Discvery list des nt display setup updates that ccur utside f DNA, such as the unit's firmware versin. ii - 'Up time' is nt displayed fr ii units that were added manually frm anther VLAN. HD-PTZ - When upgrading frm dt nsa t dt nsa, sme parameters (Max gain, Shutter pririty and ICR functins) were nt saved and the DNA lg did nt mark them as an errr. When setting the IP address n a unit in anther VLAN, DNA did nt check if the IP already exists It is nt pssible t filter an already filtered Discvery list The.ini file is case sensitive and cmmands will nt be enabled if nt written in lwer case. ii - It's pssible t set an ii unit name using meta-characters in DNA, but it is nt pssible frm the unit s web page. HD Classic - It is nt pssible t add a unit frm a different VLAN when the unit is set with DHCP. HD Classic - After partial factry default, the unit s name is stuck, even after refresh. - Use nly legal English characters August 29, 2017 DNA Release Ntes 18

19 Knwn Issues and s frm Releases Prir t 2.1.1x BUG ID SUMMARY COMMENTS Pr Line A - It is nt pssible t set a static IP address when using DNA. If a unit des nt use HTTP prt 80, DNA discvers all units in Limited Access mde r in Errr mde. It cannt assign that unit an IP address r cnfigure the unit. When a Quasar unit is in Limited Access mde and the unit is set t DHCP mde, but there is n DHCP server n the netwrk, the Device Prperties windw indicates Static IP instead f DHCP. ii Thermal CT PT - It was nt pssible t perfrm a partial factry default, nly a full factry default. When using a Lw pririty NIC, setting an IP n the High pririty NIC results in a status errr fr all units as nt authenticated. On ii Thermal units, ccasinally it nt pssible t set an IP when the unit is nt authenticated. It is nt pssible t set the vide frmat n units that are nt authenticated. When upgrading Quasar units frm dt nsa r lwer versins, the Firmware Transitin is displayed in the Discvery list during the upgrade. EN-204/EN Units are nt discvered n DNA fr the first time with WinPcap installed n units running Win 2012, Win 8.1, Win 8, Win 2008 in Limited Access mde. - Rebt the unit in rder t set the IP - Reinstall WinPcap An HD Classic unit cannt be added manually Ariel CM-3011/CB "Unit uptime" is nt displayed An invalid IP number can be assigned DNA 2.1 > The discvery f sme Quasar units can take ver ne minute after all ther units are discvered.
