T date IP Telephny s primary fcus has been the better use f enterprise infrmatin and mre efficient use f valuable cmmunicatins resurces. Unfrtunately, in terms f Cmputer Telephny Integratin (CTI) the design and feel f the User Interface has nt been a pririty. In nearly all cases design has replicated the traditinal hardware cnsle, leaving the user with the same cmplex keypad and buttns t execute what shuld be simple prcesses. Thus the true ptential f IP Telephny has nt yet been realized - until nw. With mireception, Carbn Twelve has adpted a unique design apprach whereby the user and the user experience is the primary fcus.
