Versin 1.23MP (Released 07/30/2010) Supprt added fr T10-DIF The cmmand line switch T10Dif has the default setting as 0 (disabled). T enable, change setting t ne (1). When enabled, the driver will detect if a disk drive is frmatted fr T10-DIF. Upn detectin f T10-DIF, the driver will autmatically generate the DIF field n the writes, and check it n the reads. This feature currently des nt prvide a mechanism t frmat the drive.

Knwn Issues/Advisements Fibre Channel perfrmance can be reduced significantly if the 8Gb Celerity HBA is placed in a Supermicr main bard that uses the Intel 5520 (Tylersburg) chipset. The wrkarund is t disable Active State Pwer Management (ASPM) within the Linux Operating System (nt the BIOS as Linux des nt hnr ASPM BIOS settings). Cntact ATTO Tech Supprt fr mre infrmatin. After creating an entry in /etc/fstab fr a LUN with file system check enabled, a subsequent rebt may cause the file system check t fail if the LUN is nt ready. The wrk arund is t use the "_netdev" ptin in the /etc/fstab entry. Fr example: /etc/fstab entry with _netdev ptin: UUID=xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/fs0 ext4 defaults,_netdev 02 In Linux envirnments, set "intel_immu=ff" in the kernel when using Multipath Directr (MPD) drivers. It is als recmmended that VT-d be disabled in the system BIOS (if available) 3.
